I was satisfied with the Upstate On Site Trucking but I am very dissatisfied with U Haul. I had specifically made a reservation at the Nassau Merchandizing location since it was close to my home and I had transportation issues that day. U-Haul then changed the location to the Upstate Trucking site which made major complications for me to pick up the rental!
THOMAS PThe mobile app experience was terrible, but the staff at the location and the agent I spoke with for return were both great. Unfortunately, because of app issues it took about half a hour longer to both pick up and return - adding an hour to an already long day.

Ray OIt would have been nice if my reservation, drivers license, address, phone number, payment info, dates of equipment rental were forwarded from the Uhaul website to the pick up location, it took some time for the info to manually re-entered. The street address is not accurately represented in Google maps or Uhaul website.
