Great performance by personnel fast and friendly
Maureen MI had trouble taking the trailer off the ball when I brought it back. I couldn't lift it off. I had to disconnect the receiver and pull away then get my receiver. The trailer was a 6x12'. Towed great and I will be using U-Haul again. Merci.

amy oThe equipment wasn't swept out at all by the previous renters. I had nails, screws, plastic pieces, and general debris everywhere to deal with during my move. I mentioned this when I returned the equipment immaculate and swept, and didn't get so much as a thank you. I feel it only fair to get U-Haul's rate for cleaning out this mess for my trouble.

Jayden SI rented the car haul but got home and my car wouldn't start. So I had to call a tow company. I took the car haul back within 20 minutes for a refund and explained my situation. But was denied a refund or a prorated rate for the time I had it.

Christy GMy truck was damaged pretty bad at pick up. Many "quick claim" tags everywhere. Also, clearer communication on how the whole process works. Like how long can I keep it, how do I return it, a phone call confirming that my truck is available, etc. Like I didn't even get a call confirming my truck was ready the day before, but the second I was late to pick it up you guys called right away. Real annoying.
Bradly SBe more clear as to where in the lot you would like the customer to return. My husband dropped the trailer where they told them and unhooked it. Then they made him hook it back up and move it again. He has a bad back.

MARK LI was told to bring the trailer back in one day which I did at 9:00 am the store did not open until 10: am so I was changed for another day which was not my fault very decisive will not use I haul or recommend them again

Problem is I booked it in Kalamazoo and was not alerted until I went to pick up the truck in Kalamazoo that I had to drive 30 minutes to Battle Creek to get my truck now because they didn't have the truck I booked.. The guy in Kalamazoo was a jerk He was no help and had no remorse for the trouble . I received no discount for my trouble . I would not recommend U-Haul as a first choice for a truck rental
