JULIE GThe trailers no longer have Jack's on them to lift them up off the hitches. It was very difficult to get the trailer off the hitch and back on with out the jack. If possible please put Jack's back on the trailers as not everyone has the strength to lift them up. It also delayed my trip because of that as I could not load it up until I was absolutely ready to leave as I would not have been able to lift the trailer up to the hitch if it was loaded. Please please put Jack's back on the trailers!
BRIANNA DOverall it was a good experience. The girl who made my reservation made a slight mistake, however the girl who finalized my bill made right the mistake and all was good with me.
TROY SAssociate locked door just before closing time as he saw us pull into the lot. Refused to open the door and take our key. No drop box is avail.
SHERYL GRented a tow dolly. Made note to the rep that the right pin which holds the ramp in was broke. Used my rubber strap to hold pin in place. The ramp would come out and drag. The second is a worn binder on the right side. The ratchet was weak and would come loose. All the lights worked except the right tail light. Commented these to rep upon returning.
Scott WThe staff is trained for cell phone products. Minimal experience with contracts and equipment. Rented a car tow dolly, both rachets were hard to operate, needed lubricant, One of the tire straps was worn and wore through before the end of my 200 mile trip, arrived safely. One turn and brake light was not working. I was not pleased with the equipment condition.
MICHAEL HClean the cab a little better between customers.They had an animal in there before me so I needed to clean it up because of a long,long trip.
Troy WAll of the U-Haul staff I've dealt with for this rental were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I was very satisfied with the service I received at all levels, from the people working at the location to the service reps who answered my questions regarding drop off. The only reason I rated the location as "average" is because it has a pretty small inventory, due to the location. Keep up the good work!
Eric NI arrived just before 5pm I planned on using 24/7 drop but saw it was open. Started walking towards door and kid working ran to lock the door cause they closed at 5.

MICHAEL HWell first the kid that work there needed to listen when I told him I wanted to get it from there in Forest City Iowa and deliver it when I was finished to Clear Lake Iowa well that's not what the kid did and then he quoted me the wrong information didn't give me any information on the I didn't get any paperwork on this truck at all and it didn't have no fuel in it I was lucky to make it down to the gas station and they had less than a quarter tank the cleanliness of the truck was awful I don't know whoever had it before of me did not clean it out because there was broken glass there at the front of the door as you pulled it open they didn't sweep it at all somebody needs to start I don't know expecting those trucks when they come back and maybe that wouldn't happen

Cecilia MThe best thing you could do is understand how your U-Haul contract works I was misinformed and told I was paying $256 up front and 141 when I return it that is incorrect we paid $100 deposit and $156 for the rental there for it was taken care of except for a dollar seven for one mile over
Nancy HThis was a horrible experience. I had a reservation for one price, but when I show up they charged me $60 more. And told be the lower price was a bundle with a truck and dolly. Even though I stated when I ordered it that I would be using my personal vehicle and never signed up for a truck. Upon returning the equipment, no one knew how to operate the check in. They tried to make me wait another day. I refused and told the young kid to inspect the equipment to make sure everything was good, take down my name, reservation number, and time I return it to avoid a late charge. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Uhaul has lost a customer in my eyes.
