This had to have been the WORST experience I have EVER had with U-HAUL. The truck that was rented was a lemon. It broke down on me 5 times, ABS break light kept coming on and engine light. When roadside assistance came they confirmed there was no oil inside of the truck (like for an oil change) and the battery was bad. Had to call road side assistance numerous times. It delayed my moving progress for several hours. The gentleman who provided the truck gave terrible customer service. Very rude and aggressive. The interaction to obtaining the truck was so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location. I should've known something was wrong when this established was running three business out of one location. Gas, auto and an authorized U-Haul dealer. How do you own a mechanic shop while advertising oil changes and other services but could not make sure the U-Haul truck was up to standards before giving it to someone to go on the road with. Please go to a regular U-Haul shop and not this location

This experience was the worst UHaul experience I have ever had. The location was extremely busy and it took me a while to get the truck. When I got the truck, the lights on the dash indicated that the tires needed air. On my way to my location, other lights started appearing on the dash. I called customer service and they were trying to give me instructions on what options I had but I was on a time crunch, so it was not what I expected. I could not stop and write numbers, I did not know the location and I was unfamiliar and afraid I would be charged so I just tried to get to my destination and return the truck. On the way home, the truck broke down on the highway in the middle of traffic. I had to call the state police to get the truck to safety because no one would slow down. The truck had some kind of power failure and it simply turned off. I tried to start it again and nothing. I waited about 25 minutes and it started up. I was able to be escorted off the highway to a parking lot on Gallivan Boulevard. I waited again another 30 - 40 minutes. I called AAA but they could not assist me because Uhaul had their roadside assistance. I called and I guess someone was taking my account of what happened but no one came. I started the truck up, pulled into the gas station for gas, and dropped off my things. I returned the truck and complained to US Gas. The truck that was rented to me is unsafe and should not be rented to anyone without being properly serviced.

I was charged for gas upon my return, which should not be because I purchased Gas at the location. The truck tire light was on and no amount of air put in worked. The truck was also dirty with broken glass in it.

No wifi for checkin/checkout. I have a good service line, but a bad zone for service. Please add a wifi network and I would reconsider future use.

Truck was filthy in the cab and in the back. Transmission slips between 3rd and 4th gear. Staff at the location was not helpful at all. I could not park my car at the location, had to park it down the street. Pick up time was 7am, showed up at 645am and the kid told me to come back at 8am. Horrible experience overall.

I reserved truck and appliance dolly. Location only had utility dolly. Truck gas was less than a quarter full. I was never told it was a non uhaul location. I'll never do uhaul to a non uhaul location again. I almost got charged for 351 miles when I only did 65 miles. Was not a good experience at all.

This is not an actual Uhaul location, it is a gas station that rents out uhauls. The clerk was using his cell phone as a way to check me in. He was an older gentleman that was not tech savvy. It took him several tries to log in, which took forever because of the spotty internet connection. He couldn't upload anything. So I had to go thru the entire process myself on my own phone until the point it said my vehicle is ready for pick up. They need a actual laptop or desktop computer with a hard wired internet connection

Poor check-in experience. The truck was dirty with food in the cup holders. The equipment we requested was not provided or available (pull cart, furniture covers, etc).

I made the reservation for the truck. My dad was the one to pick it up and the staff there gave him major difficulties. Then, they mentioned to had no wifi, were snappy and resistant to helping us out. This delayed us for one hour. Then, the total charge for the UHAUL was ridiculous. All the extra fees should be transparent upfront. I probably will refrain from using this location again.

They don't offer no dolly or furniture pads, which is needed at times and should be available, especially when you choose it upon making your reservations & it's confirmed.

What a joke? This isn't a review of U-Haul this is a review of the locations I picked up and dropped the U-Haul off at? The locations were fine except the second one didn't have a key box and I was charged an additional $43 for some unknown reason....after I left the truck with more fuel than I picked it up with. I was also not given the option to select how many days I wanted the rental for, maybe this is why I was charged more money??? I'm very displeased with U-Hauls service, next time I'm going with someone else.

The service was poor, no one knew what to do or how to do anything with the lock box to get the key. So the owner Rowdy came back to get the key for me. The next day returning the truck was worse because the two gas attendees were rude and again didn't want to take the key because they said they don't work for Rowdy the just pump gas. But I was told to return the key to whoever was there and they would sign my name and time I returned the truck. Everything was unorganized and unprofessionally handled. I will never go back or send anyone to them. They service was poor and everyone working there look like they were on drugs.

The brakes were beyond horrible and the owner said he knew, oil life was 0 % and he said he knew. I used the truck for an hour after renting it for 4 hours because of feeling unsafe and the owner didn't bargain at all and I was charged over $100!!!

Only problem with drop off with upload issue. I would recommend that staff be there to facilitate the process or at least educated re the automated process in Case of glitches

i used mobile check in , it did ask me additional info to prove my identity so listed my friend and brother as contact. U-Haul did call them to verify .Be ready for some additional step if used 24/7 share

The uhual truck had a check engine and trailor light on as soon as we pulled off. Initially I thought the truck was clean. Later discovered there were water bottles and used napkins in the door rest. Even though it wasn't my mess I cleaned it out so that I wouldn't be held responsible.

I was having a problem finishing my return on the app and needed help. I went in the store and waited 20 min before I saw a man in the garage. I asked him for help and he screamed, " if you filled it with gas, just drop the damn key on the desk!" He then came and grabbed the key out of my hand and slammed it on his cluttered desk. Sure of enough my return was not properly registered until I called uhaul the next day. It was then that I received the receipt. He created an unfriendly and stressful environment for his customer when a little smile and a little bit of human kindness would go along way to help with having a positive experience.

The truck was not full when given to me I returned it with the same amount of fuel but they still charge me an additional 10$ for gaz.

My first time experience was poor! The reason why I continued my reservation was because of convenience. I was charged for a dolly and covers and was told neither items were fully available. I practically filled up the uhaul because the gas attendant walked away while servicing me. Hopefully I will never have to use them again.

It is a gutted gas station, does not even carry a U-haul sign. If there wouldn't have parked a U-hau truck in the rear of the building, you wouldn't know.
