The location is basically a convenience store with a questionable clientele. The service was excellent, but the location was generally shocking.

So, I contracted the service with doly and the device did not come, I only found out when I arrived at the moving site, also the car's tank was not full, it was less than half full, and I only used 20 miles, and apparently I was charged more $50 bucks for that, IMPROPER because $50 and more than a full tank. sad experience

The service was not bad at all, however I requested some furniture protectors and they never delivered them to me, they also charged me for the dollys that I never used, not even the ones I carried in the truck. For the above the service was regular.

Waited for a prolonged period of time for a locksmith, who called me an advised that his car broke down and I had to wait for another locksmith to be dispatched...when they finally got to me, they advised that the key had a defect which caused the lockdown. I was not able to get to my location, which was a closing party for selling a property after 29 years ... that I was hosting. All my guests needed to leave prior to my arrival...Therefore a complete waste of time and $$$. The agent advised me that UHaul was going to refund my expenses for this rental...!!! I have not heard form UHaul regarding this !!! My U Haul assistance File Number was 2660719...

Truck was disgusting. While no garbage, it was filthy. Additionally, they did not have the furniture dolly we had requested and substituted a small dolly, but still paid the $7 rental fee. They also did not have any of the furniture pads that we requested. Need to maintain equipment better. While the staff was nice, it seemed like a Haul tertiary location - would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service and fast checkout. No hassles at all. Equipment was well-maintained and clean. Staff was very professional, very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay from check-out to check-in. Will rent again from them and 100 % recommended for rentals

This was terrible experience. I've been to many uhaul locations before. This location was a mess and customer service was the worst I have seen. I spent 25mn waiting and being checked in when I was already checked in online. Gas in truck was 1/8 instead of 1/4 so I had to go back inside so they can manually change it on the contract. I was told to open all the other trucks myself which were parked in the back around the building to find the appliance dolly that I had rented online with the truck. When I returned the vehicle I was told to go back out and take picture of mileage and gas level. When he told me my total I realized that they had charged me $14 for insurance which I didn't want and didn't select when I reserved the car the day prior and also checked in online the morning off. This was very shady. I can clearly understand why they have 2,6 stars review on Google. Also the side view mirrors could not be adjusted much as they are welded and limit adjustment. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible. Will not recommend.

I rented the truck for 3 days, which is roughly $30 dollars daily. I noticed when I picked up the truck, the gas level was a bit over 1/4, which I thought it was odd, but since I'm moving, I didn't really paid too much attention. Prior to returning the truck, I filled up the tank to what I recall was the level yet I was charged 36 dollars by the store for gas. So essentially for driving 44 miles, I paid 56 dollars in gas that's including the 20 dollars I paid at the gas station and the ridiculous charge by the store. Moreover, I will definitely never conduct business with such store! I will recommend if you absolutely have no other choice and have to rent from them, place a tape over the gas level, take a picture and when you return it be sure to fill it up to that tape level and take a picture since I guarantee they will charge you for gas.

The first truck they gave me was a mess. Dirty paper towel and napkins on the floor and dash, several empty drink bottles and dirty hats and gloves on the dash. The second truck was better but in the back there was 3 or 4 moving blankets that smelled like animal urine. A bit disappointed at the condition of the trucks

they gave me a van without an exhaust catalytic converter, it was a rattling noise, then I knew it would be very dangerous for me because it could smoke the whole cabin and I would die of asphyxia. I tried to get in touch with uhual on a call, in addition to the delay when they answered me, the woman heard me and hung up on me and so I had to walk anyway with the van in danger. bad experience...

It's incredible that I had to stop at a gas station because it started to rain and the water got into the car. It's incredible. You should give me the money back. I've always rented with you. I've never had any problems, thanks.

In the morning the odometer said 1/2 tank and before I leave is like between 3/8 to 1/2 I came back inside and the attendant make note and correct on my paper. So i returned with the same amount and after I left came the receipt charging me 2 gallons because I'm not 1-3 tank. I call and they say I have to call them or go back tontura ame place. Nobody answer the phone and the customer service don't care also when I call. I will contact my bank. Terrible service.

The truck was so damn old and it broke down and it turned out the mechanic who looked at it said that truck is known to stall out at anytime I would never use U-Haul again I can't believe this company would risk peoples safety by continuing to rent out that piece of crap!!!

one of the staff members stated I needed to put down a $160 deposit on top of the pending $$88 for the truck. Thankfully I spoke to customer service and was able to resolve the situation. Returning the truck was alot more smoother as we had a different staff member assist us. I unfornately did not get a name of the rude gentleman.

The truck itself needed maintenance. The oil pressure fluctuated and the engine made a ticking noise. Also getting the truck out of the parking spot where they keep it was very tricky.

The guy that signed out the uhaul van to me was very rude upon arrival. He requested myself as the customer to take the keys and take a picture of the mileage on the van and the gas nozzle while he stayed in the store and helped the customers in line for beer and cigarettes. And then while standing there the man made the register a priority and left me and my fiancé standing there. It took approximately over an hour for the entire process. When we asked why the sales rep was helping other people and leaving us standing there? The sales guy said if we have a problem then we can go somewhere else. The entire situation was completely unacceptable to be treated like that as a paying customer!!

I was charged for a rate I did not sign for, I signed for a $19,99 a day rate, with estimated 100 miles. At 0,69 a mile. I was ‘upgraded' to better rate, that ended up costing more. Again, I did not sign for this ‘upgrade'. Upon return the truck was returned with exactly the same amount of gas, I was charged $9 for additional gas. When confronting the manager, he took a picture of the gauge, and it showed exactly the amount. It left with. He offered to reimburse the $9. I also refused the $20 insurance, but it magically appeared on my contract. I will never use this store again, nor will I use or recommend uhaul to my friends. Totally dishonest!

Had a major issue with the drop off. A random man who just claimed he worked for Uhual would not let me finish my drop off, rushed me out of the truck and took the keys and said "You're fine, you're done" and drove off, to then release he was reparking it somewhere else, I thought he was stealing the truck at first. Then he walked away with the key and I had to go after him to be able to complete my checkout and he wanted to argue with me and just send me away. Was very disturbing and I would not go back to that location again.

They will charge you for gas whether or not you put it in. You will also have some other ridiculous charges that were never explained to you. I paid double the price that was expected. The truck had some brake issues.
