The vehicle was a little dirty but it's only because Of the age of the vehicle. It was not that big of a deal , the customer before left trash and I cleaned it up because I didn't want to be charged and blamed for it . Customer service inside was helpful and kind . The truck wasn't clean in the cabin or the bed. There was something spilt on the driver's door and the floorboards were dirty. There was things spilt and sticky on the council around the cup holders. The cargo area needed to be swept out. I returned it in a heck of a lot better shape than when I picked it up!Phillip D.

My reservation was for another location and even though the truck was there was not available to me and I wasted 1 hour getting a truck at this location. You need to improve your mobile app for the rental at locations that are not open at the reserve time and date.Luis N.

When I got there to pick up the car trailer I rented, it wasn't there. The representative figured out a customer from the day prior had taken it â€œby mistake.â€ Shouldn't they be checking to make sure the customer takes the correct trailer?!? She spoke to uhaul customer service and they tried redirecting me to a different location 45 minutes away. I had two of my boys with me and had a birthday party to get them to, so I said â€œNo, I have plans.â€ Then they tried redirecting me to a different location, but still 45 minutes away. I overheard her tell the customer who had taken the trailer I had reserved â€œby mistakeâ€ she would see him back there at 12:30 over the phone. So, I told her I would just come back to pick up the trailer at 1. I got the trailer at 1 and headed 2 hours away to get the automobile I had purchased. When I got it on the trailer, I went to strap the front tires down and low and behold the strap was ripped and completely ineffective. Luckily I had my own straps in the truck and could make it work. I was also supposed to hear from Uhaul about a 50 dollar refund due to my reservation not being there from what I was told would be on Monday. I have not heard from them, today is Thursday.Derek B.

I reserved a truck in Griffin , truck wasn't there. Had to get a 10 ft. Truck. Then I only drive 10 miles and got charged for 74 miles . All corporations think once they get your card info they can bill you anything they want. This was a terrible experience. I see why people choose locals or moving companies. Uhaul is a ripoffToby C.

Unorganized! The gas hand was at a quarter when my contract states it was a 1/2 tank. Was over charged for my dolley. When i pointed it out, she said she would just waived all the fees for the dolly. That was a lie i was charged!!Lakendria B.

Love this place. Just be sure to park facing the street. They make you sign something that you will pay a fine if you forget. They want you to back the truck up against the fence. If you pull it in and leave it facing the fence I think it's like a $25 or $50 fine.WILLIAM H.

The transaction was quick. The trailer I rented had substantial damage to it before I got it that made it difficult to use. Although the att meant was nice, she did not have much knowledge on the use of the equipment. I was concerned about leaving the trailer in a parking lot unattended after hours but was instructed to do so by the attendant. It would be nice to have a better selection of equipment optionsAlicia G.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The truck I rented was horrible. Leaked oil all over my brand new drive way. Dash was a Christmas tree of lights. Abs, oil. The exhaust leak was so bad it made us nauseousSean B.

I love this place !!! I have rented here a lot. I usually pick up at night and find the area well lit and feel safe. I am also very happy as they have expanded to the parking lot next door giving much more room to park and manuver the big ones. Great folks. When I pick up during business hours they are so friendly and helpful. Equipment is always ready to go and I never had to wait !William H.

Make the communication process easier. Even with the 24/7 plan, it took me approx 1 hr to get the truck today. The rear door to the trailer kept jamming due to a missing roller on the left side ( maintenance issue).Zachary P.

Overall happy with everything. Looked like someone had spilled some coffee before my rental... so not super clean... but it is a uhaul... not a rental car. Also the guy who checked me back in on Nov 19 decided to smoke while he was outside with me. While I realize that is normal for some... it isn't the best customer service AND I have asthma... so for ME... was a big turn off as far as experience! Just wanted someone to know about that. He was nice... but not time for a smoke break when you have a customer.CINDY S.
The original drop off location specified on the rental agreement, located in Zebulon Ga, was terrible. They had no idea how to accept a return. I was told a person would be there in the afternoon( I was there at 10am) and had to take pictures before it could be accepted. Never had to that before. Honestly wasn't what I was expectingâ€¦.had to put the car on the tow dolly myself which is fine but had absolutely no help trying to figure out how to put it. I was given a paper on how to deal with the tow dolly and the lady told me to YouTube the video and try my bestâ€¦ Not only that but the equipment looked like it wasn't used in a long time, rusted and had dead animals and bugs on itâ€¦ Honestly worse experience I've ever had from getting the truck/tow dolly to leaving it at the drop off location. I always try to rent from this location. This location has folks who really care. Sometimes I pick the truck up at night and the location is very well lighted and feels safe. I really like that UHaul has updated the app and picking up after hours is very easy.WILLIAM H.

We rented a dolly. We told the attendant that we would be back in a couple hours to return it because we were there from out of town. When we went back to return it although the hours said 9:00 to 5:00 no one was there to return the dolly. Apparently the clerk closed early ( No one was there to cover the shift) and we couldn't get in the gate to return the dolly. We ended up having to stay another night in Georgia to return the dolly. The next morning when we went to return the dolly the clerk seemed to think it was humorous that she closed early and didn't have anyone to cover the rest of the shift. A customer service needless to say was lacking and cost us a whole another day of travel.THOMAS B.
