This was a TERRIBLE experience. The rental place was inside a scooter store at the Fayetteville mall, not obvious AT ALL. There was one guy working, extremely slow. He didn’t listen well and talked over me numerous times. The trailers were located off-site in a parking filled with potholes, and there was no clear direction.

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly but I had called Uhaul that morning to 've sure there wouldn't be a deposit and was rather adamantly told there was not one then got charged a deposit. Maybe you should update the information your customer service reps use to let them know that there is in fact a $100 deposit when you use cash or a prepaid card such as a work pay card to pay, that way there won't be any unpleasant surprises for your customers.

Location was listed as being open from 11 AM till 5 PM on Saturday. I arrived at 11:15 AM to drop off, but operation was closed. I called the number on my contract and a gentleman answered and stated he was closed, and gave me a new address to drop the trailer off at. After I hung up, I was unable to find the address on Google maps. Aside from the location being in the wrong direction I was heading, I did not have time to further delay my departure so I called the gentleman back to let Him know I was unable to find the map location and ended up leaving the trailer there. I then got on the phone with the U-Haul Toll Free number, and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I finally connected to a live associate, who then transferred me to another line. She then insisted on speaking to my wife who was not with me (the initial reservation was made under her name, yet I picked up the trailer and was also added as an additional driver). Very frustrating to that took over 40 minutes to try and resolve before losing the connection.

The drop off address was wrong on the contract and text. 4201 N Shiloh Fayetteville, AR is the mall. We had to call to get the correct address. The location was a parking lot with no one there.

The store owner was very friendly and helpful but this was the most unorthodox U-Haul location. He gave us two free doggie calendars from his scooter business; curiously both had the month of December torn out. Maybe he really loves the featured breed that month? There were no signs to indicate that it was a U-Haul business and we had to leave the truck behind a closed business down the road. Just made for a little bit of an uneasy feeling whether or not everything was legit. Some uhaul signage would have been comforting.

Equipment was to be dropped behind an abandoned closed business. We were met by the "manager" to pick up keys after we called him. The only thing missing was to have the transaction completed from an open trunk in the back alley.

The Uhaul location at the NWA mall is extremely difficult to find.

was told that instead of getting a 15 foot trailer I was getting a 20 feet. then I got home and it was 26 feet. the man took a lot longer to get the paperwork done which took nearly an hour. didn't understand the payment and nearly tried to charge me double. worst service I have ever encountered.

The location is very hard to find because he wants you to drop it off at a mall. We road back and forth up the highway because the drop off address was different. Then the drop off instructions he gave was really shady. He told us to drop it off at the mall parking lot and leave the key under the seat with the doors unlocked. I would not recommend at all.

The address was not where the person I was suppose to meet was. Very stressful to figure out where to drop the truck off at.

This location does not exist. I had to find another location to drop off the vehicle. This drop off was a total disaster, and I feel that I should be reimbursed a portion of my rental for the inconvenience it caused when I was on a very tight schedule.

Directions to the location really need to be clarified. The drop off zone was not a used car lot, but a mall parking lot. So definitely had to call someone to figure out where to drop off. Also had no clue how a 24 hour drop would work in that location.
