My experience was good untill I turned truck in. .The lady said there was less gas than when I left in it. I know for a fact there was more. The gauge on the receipt is different from gauge on vehicle. You should look into that because it caused issues. She did call uhaul and got it waived but she wouldn't take me to the truck and show me or so I could show her.

I originally rented from your Morris Bridge Location, which is near my home. An email assured me that a van would be available. However, just to double check, I called the afternoon before and was told no van was available at this location - the owner said that her cargo van was not working for 3 weeks and changed by pick-up location to another location 8 miles away (16 miles round-trip) and 16 miles more than I would have had to pay--not to mention the extra-drive in a unfamiliar area in a heavy thunderstorm. At a minimum, U-haul should refund the extra 16 miles, I was billed. Very unsatisfied with this kind of service.

The person that made the reservation with was very nice and friendly. the person I pick up the truck with was unfriendly did not want the answer my questions and as I was talking she just drove away your golf cart when I was trying to ask her something very rude

The customer service at this location was great, but i was disappointed this location did not have a dolly or any equipment to help with moving. i've never had this issue with renting from Uhaul.

Make sure the windows are clean they were full of love bugs. Other than that it was in real good condition.

It was at terrible experience. Could not pickup truck as scheduled. Spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone and still had to wait until the next morning. The drop off location would not accept truck. Sent us to another location that was an empty building. Called customer service and they transferred me to another person who was a voice mail that told us to call during normal business hours. You change us for extra miles we may not have incurred if the drop off location would have accepted the truck. This is the worst experience I have had with uhaul. I had movers scheduled for 9:00am and the location where I picked up the truck didn't open until 9:00am. You need to give me a credit for my inconvenience and stress.
