Pickup truck had roaches. Gas level checked out was full but was not. No running lights on trailer hookup, I had to replace fuse.

Reduced space to drop trucks after normal business hours. Had hard time to get a large truck into narrow parking space, bucause other trucks blocked entrance.

My husband and I were very well pleased with this U-Haul experience. We rented a 26 foot truck, which was brand new. We had to drive all the way from Zephyrhills to Gunn Highway! It was a long trip there and back. We would definitely use this location again. The people running the office were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience!

This 10' truck we rented was still dirty in the back, it needed to be swept out which the previous user did not do. Truck itself was perfect for what we needed and I would recommend this location, however parking is very limited here. Owners were very nice and courteous.

No parking at rental location (well, one spot) and truck was full of ants. Staff was good

You website check boxes change your CDW decline or acceptance when processing your questions. You personnel locally were notified I had insurance and didn't need any. We trusted your system so we could avoid contact due to COIVD and you charged us anyway. We are USAA member and we will relay to others of your deceitful practices.

The staff was incredibly rude and told my pregnant wife she'd be better off buying furniture carts than renting them from U-Haul, which she did. The entire office smelled like smoke and they acted like we were an inconvenience. The truck was dirty in the cab and the cargo area. Next time we'll definitely be using a different rental company.

The truck had a very smelly musty odor. We had to ride with the windows open. Also, there an ant infestation in middle seat on back.

Clean out can of truck for every customer and hooks were missing from end of truck ramp so could not hook it to roll things in seamlessly

Walk in area smelled like day old sour beer. Didnt have the equipment i desired in my rental extras. How ever, they were nice people, so I wold recommend it for a quick pick-up if i needed.

Make sure the truck is clean! The loading area was dirty and had some trash from the last user. We had to clean the back before we loaded furniture in. The staff was friendly which I appreciate.

Eliminate the smell of smoke. The people were very nice, friendly, and efficient, but the smell is harmful, especially for those of us with respiratory problems.

The truck that I was rented and drove for almost 200 miles felt as if the front wheels were about to come off. This truck had a little over 20 000 miles and was very poorly maintained to say the least. I had a terrible experience the whole drive and will look elsewhere for my next rental.

Clean the truck, send to garage has drivability issues, tires, alignment. And upset in 90 degree weather I had to walk to end of lot to pick up my own truck when a young man was sent out to get it and he just handed me keys and said down there. Was much needed so job got handled. Local truck went back the way I got it and went back out upon arrival so still not cleaned or fixed for next people. With pandemic it's just SAD. Merci.

The only issue we had was that the high beams of the lights didn't work.

I was greeted upon arrival by the gentleman on site. He reviewed the truck, told me not to do the online version because he would take care of it for me. Once inside all final notes were taken care of as well as payments. I returned the truck same day.

Trailer floor was muddy. Light wires were broken and right tire had only 20 psi. Good thing I know what to look for & fix.The return location was very good.

Hourly rates should be considered for very simple requests. For example, we had the truck for less than 2 hours in total but paid for an entire 24 hour rental.

the truck needs window wipers I had to drive through two stateswith rain and could hardly see. also the cab leaks in the rain my back and my nice had rain leaking down our back we were soaked by the time we stoped for the night also air conditionor did not work
