shittt office, had to wait 30 minutes just to get helped just to get into a dirty ass van that had a buncha shit in the back and was elft open on a dirty ass street were homeless can just enter and exit. still moved my stuff but would not recommend using this uhaul. they suck ass and the trucks are left open so anyone walking can come grab pads or take a dump inside the back or something
