Very friendly and knowledgeable man, Danny, working which helped me rent a uhaul trailer, and helped me download the uhaul app, all over the phone. He was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pick up was extremely easy. I had called over 10 locations and never got one live person in the area, until East Bernard, Texas. And when I did I was so grateful to have a helpful, knowledgeable and kind human to help me rent a much needed uhaul trailer, and that same day as well!
