Daniil M.For one we was at one U-Haul place that didn't have the U-Haul we needed so we made reservation at another U-Haul at 69 cents a minute but when we go to turn the truck in we was told that it was $0,99 a minute that's not cool.

DIEGO G.I live in Ft.Lauderdale, i booked a truck for 4 hours in the location 4236 N.State Road 7. Is a filthy room, in there, behind a dirty glass that was a fat guy that told me to call the number on the door, that he didn't do rentals, although he has a small sign on the window. I called, nobody answered, i saw no trucks around but only black people and lots of police.. i decided was better to get out of there before someone would provoke me.. i called customer service to avoid to be charged twice and ihe sent me to a safer location that rent me a truck.. i was a little late because the change cost me an hour but at least i moved my stuff

The woman helping me was taking her sweet time and barely said a word to me. They didn't walk me out to the van or give me good directions as to where I could find it. She was not a great representation of uhaul.
