Move to a better location. The area where you drop off is at the bottom of a steep driveway. The trailer nearly rolled away from me when I disconnected it from my hitch. The only available space to leave it was between two large vans with less than four or 5 inches clearance on either side between them. Thankfully I have experience backing trailers into tight spots. The average consumer would not have been able to successfully drop this trailer off at this location.
William D.Fix the lock box. It didn't work and we wasted 2 hours while we were on the phone with customer service. Thank goodness a staff member came with the keys..
Karen K.Let me talk to a human next time. The flurry of emails is annoying, trying to find the right one to actually rent the vehicle was like running a rat maze. I really think I will rent from some other company when I need a truck next time.
