Andrea HIf there is no key box at drop off, it should be noted what to do. We dropped off after hours and couldn't call so we just left the keys where we found them on the truck. Everything else was fine. Merci

Deborah WI was rent van van the was bad I was lost my life I was driving in night the was hed light the was not work good and I was can't see in front off me And lady told me weekday 19 + 0,7$ miles and I saw my paper work she charge me 0,79$ miles charged me I did call and I want my money back

Brian EThe app is a nightmare to use. Using the app to pick up the truck after hours was very tedious and took about 20 minutes. When entering information, the keyboard covers up the form, so you can't see the results of your typing. This made entering credit card info very difficult. Then, when turning it in, also after hours, I never did figure out the fuel estimator, so I just guessed. I did put in enough to return the gage to the same level. But when I checked out, it tried to charge me for gas. I contested the charges, and apparently was successful. For a company that relies on an app so much, this is a very poor app. Next rental, I will try to arrange my schedule to allow me to pick up and return during normal business hours.
