ramon P.I had a terrible experience with my reservation process, it took 5 days to get a confirmation that i had a truck and tow dolly for my move. Finally got it two days before my move to find out my tow dolly was cancelled. Customer service did find me one, but had to be picked up at another location, then i get to the other location to hear that I can't have a one way tow dolly, then the CSR had to figure that out. But my original reservation from over a week ago, was definitely a one way. Then before I was returning my equipment I had to have my return place changed twice because, U-Haul wanted me to return each piece of equipment at separate locations with one location being over 40 mins away from the address that was put on the original reservation. Some type of refund would be appreciated for the consistent inconvenience I had to experience during such a big move, and also a call from a member of management at U-Haul corporation. I have rented from U-Haul for all of my moves in the past 10 years, and never had an experience like this one. Very disappointing to see a company so disorganized.

Jermain T.Initially, I made a reservation at 4747 Nob Hill RD for the utility trailer, order number 82119668. The customer before me did not return the trailer on time and my reservation had to be transferred to another location. I finally ended up picking up the trailer at 8500 W McNab Road thirty minutes later. However, U-Haul's “reservation guarantee†policy was met, and I did not receive a credit for the rental.

Jose R.South Florida is already outrageous and costly enough to Live there. But to get out with no mover's moving you this amount of money for this little trailer is utterly and insult. I moved to Florida for my job for$117 maybe a total of $200 dollars in March of 2022.I just recently had to move back to my state for my job an had to pay $1 022 plus toll is just insane for the same little trailer. This is just pure stealing from a person trying to survive. Please Drop this rate to help people that's trying to leave the state because they cant pay the high Rent. I think Price Gauging should be looked at in every aspect in Florida. Your rent goes up by 800 dollars because that is what Mr. Jones is getting for his unit.Stop the Greed people.So U-haul calls it Supply and Demand Rate this is the most disrespectful thing you all can do to people. I'am sorry but i felt i was robbed at Gunpoint because i had to get back home to work.

John S.When I reserved the vehicle it didn't show that the location closed at 2pm. I made a reservation to rent a truck at 1:30pm I got there at 2:08 and luckily the employee was still there with a customer or I would have missed out on getting the truck. The employee was very nice but he couldn't get my reservation to work so he had do cxl the reserv and start over. I rented a 10 ft and there were no 10 ft so he gave me the 15 ft. The process to pick up the truck took about 40 min due to the system issues.

Odette H.This does not have to do with the facility itself or the staff its a super significant critique of UHAUL and its process. I did not appreciate at all not having the van available at location where I was supposed to get van (reservation made 2 days prior to needing it) and instead be sent to this location. I was never contacted the day of the rental before to save the wasted time traveling to the location and all the time wasted sitting there only to be told that I would have to go to this facility which was an additional 20 miles of driving mileage I ended up paying because the location where reservation was made didn't have the van as planned. It added an additional 2 hours to my entire process as a result.

henry C.Uhaul overheated several times, we rented a furniture dolly but no one informed us there was no ramp on 10ft truck as renting a truck and getting a furniture dolly you would think they would say .. you know u can't use that dolly with the 10ft truck but nope... very frustrating having 2 people with bad backs as it is trying to lift furniture into a truck because we were not told there was no ramp we had to figure that out when we went to load and there was no ramp ...
