LUIS RYou guys just need to have a good management team cause when someone rent a truck there for them to not change without communication or consent cause the charge for 3 days I was even use the car for three days, you guys need to put someone there for inventory every morning so they can contact the customer that was rental car the day before when you guys don’t see the keys,

MICHAEL BI rented a 26 ft U-Haul truck. the only problem with my experience was there were roaches in the truck cabin, one actually crawled on me.

ANTONIO BThe reason why I said NO for recommendation is because I did not receive my refund of 50 when my original reservation at another location on university was canceled because the van I reserved was not there so I had no choice but to pay for another Uber to go to your mcnab location for the van...PATTY your rep said that I would be refunded $50 in 3 to 5 business days that was 3 weeks ago....your policy is 50$ refund if your reservation is botched....where is my $50????

SHAWN BShe did not return the vehicle right away. Not sure why. And the general manager/owner of that facility is a terrible person. He is about money grabbing, not interested in customer service. And not respectful to loyal/long time customers.

Ramona NI planned to move a washer and dryer and some other heavy furniture but when I picked up the truck the store did not have the appliance dolly I reserved more than 2 weeks in advance. Neither of the 2 representatives at the front desk could answer any of my questions regarding the truck or the SafeMove coverage I added. Luckily I had movers for loading, but I had to flag down a couple of junk collectors passing through my neighborhood to help me with unloading the washer and dryer.

Jennifer FWas very happy with the customer service and how easy it was to get the rental. The staff was amazing, the lady that was working the front desk was super helpful. When it was time to leave with the rental. I wasn't comfortable backing out the truck in such a small space and she went and did it for me. The gentleman was very helpful as well. We weren't planning on getting a storage because it was expensive but he helped us get one with a promotion so the price worked out better for us.
