Make sure that the customers knows that the smaller trucks don't have a ramp and there should be an amount of free miles because the price of a 19. 99 is deceiving you think you're getting a truck cheap but then adding a miles brings the truck to be very expensive.

Kelly HI had a reservation at the Winter Garden location and they did not have the trailer available. But I was able to find one at the Ocoee store. They were very easy to deal with . It was very frustrating having to drive farther to another location to pick up a larger trailer and be charged more because your facility could not fulfill my original reservation. The Ocoee location was very helpful but the overall U haul experience was not very good.

REBEKAH PMy issue is with the so called insurance which I soon found out doesn't cover much at. Storage workers too young unable to explain. But they are the ones renting trucks. Uhaul dont even protect themselves by offering bogus coverage. Read the fine print.
KAREN DCondoms found in uhaul, beer cans, trash, and no gas. The truck was not clean at all. The rep lied about being able to return it after 6pm. Worst uhaul experience ever

mark wWe arrived at value store ten minutes before the scheduled pick up time. When we arrived, all the lights were on inside but the door was locked. We knocked several times and tried calling the number and no one answered. We were just about to leave and cancel our reservation after 15 minutes of waiting when someone finally came to the door. We explained that we waited for 15 minutes and there was no apology.

Farren MI needed the truck a little longer than usual I had a lot of things to do toward the end of this month and normally I have such a hard time renting the 8-ft pickup so I just decided to keep on renting it and keep going with my rental the last time I got a phone call from one of the employees at that location I was threatened with having the police called on me when all I told him was to charge me again because I was not done working and I had so much stuff to do and he told me when I left that as long as I keep paying I can keep the truck as long as I want but then to turn around and accuse me of stealing the truck and also stating that they were going to report it stolen that was completely unnecessary I rent trucks from you guys almost every week for the last 6 months I spend anywhere between $600 and $1 000 I'm on renting trucks from you guys and for me to be treated this way which I have never incurred this type of treatment at any of your other locations that I go to I found it outrageous and unacceptable I have never felt so much like a piece of crap after the way the person at that location spoke to me I'm not going to lie after being treated in such a manner I got upset and gave him my opinion of himself but I found it was so uncool and even on this time around I spent over $700 on the truck and I had no problem doing so because I needed it but for me to be treated in such a manner was uncalled for

RAVINDRA PI was told the oil can symbol and the beep every 20 seconds was just that the U-Haul vehicle needing an oil change and it would be fine for the 714 miles I had to drive from Tampa Florida to Danville Virginia. THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN 3 TIMES!!! Come to find out my concerns voiced to the employee at the pick up location about the beep, the oil pressure going from H to L, the valve rattling, and the filth of the vehicle were correct. I was placed in a situation where I was told it is this truck or nothing. On top of that I had to drive 80 miles to get the vehicle in which I was just happy U-Haul found one at all after submitting my request almost 1 month prior and having to wait or drive a longer distance to pick a truck due to "a shortage in 20ft and 26ft vehicles". I will never rent from U-Haul again and feel I should be compensated some of my funds back due to the having to constantly stop amd let the truck cool down as the rep said. Think about it.. ... all your worldly possessions packed in a 20ft truck and towing your new vehicle behind that for all th I se miles with a constant beep ever 20 seconds plus the rattling and oil symbol. Not enjoyable one bit. Scared the entire 18 and a half hour drive! When I returned the truck and car hauler the rep at the location just laughed and said "let me guess, you paid cash as well and the oil can symbol and beep means the engine could have blown at any time"? I was shocked and to put it politely pissed out of my mind and tired!

Emilie BThe brakes were nerve wracking & it sounded like air was coming from the windshield as if there was an opening in the glass not really sure how to explain it… Also there was almost no gas in the U Haul I'm not sure if that is the normal. When I tried to do the mobile check out the website wouldn't load luckily there was 5 minutes before close to talk to someone inside.
