jose mVan was clean (no trash) but while I was loading van I noticed it has a lot of ccocoraches on the driver side and back of the van, I killed around 20 , I was shocked but I need to move my things and I had to use the van anyways but this experience was horrible. Having ccocoraches on an empty van was horrible and I had to place my things anyways in that van was a horrible experience. Location and customer service is great but I don't know what happened with this van......

Debra LA lot if us have to drive long distance to work although it could be 10 to 18 miles returing to our communities takes hours I. This Miami traffic The management team there works very hard to help us with our needs when downsizing and moving out. Mr Manny is so helpful because he understands that when we get off from work it is so much traffic to get home and we apologize for keeping him beyond the business hours and it is an honor that he cares about his customers. For example. My neighbor is a tenant there and she had a car accident and mr Manny waited patiently for her she is an elderly lady and she wanted me to express her appreciation too..she needed a truck to relocate her things. Thank you so much value store it. You have a magnificent team especially Mr manny. God bless

Yuliannis FThe vehicle that I rented was absolutely filthy. It also reales of urine. I'n addition the windshield wipers did not work. However due to the need, I willingly rented it. I understand U-Haul is a monopoly in MIA, but that doesn't excuse the horrible conditions of your vehicles.
