Improve on customer service... Also do not charge a customer (an extra day) ahead of time ...
Luis DiazThis was my first time to rent from this location, it's a very clean and organized office, the staff was very courteous. During this visit I rented a covered 6x12 trailer. On pick up day I was instructed to hitch the trailer and when done advise them so that they can take a picture of connection. While attempting (BY MYSELF) to connect the trailer to my truck, I realized that this was a two-person task. The trailer was simply too heavy for me to lift and hitch to my truck. I returned to office to get help, one of the Customer Service Agent (CSA) came out and all she could simply do was guide my truck closer to the trailer. I had no choice but to mustard my strength and lift the trailer by myself and connect to my truck. This in my view is a SAFETY ISSUE, this situation easily could have gone sideways in a very bad way. I hope Management takes note of this review and make some changes. For starters customers should not be allowed to manhandle a trailer by themselves, remember it is your equipment. A trained professional should have been there to connect the trailer and assure me that it was properly secure and safe to haul. This reassurance never took place. I made the connection to the best of my ability and the CSA took the required photo and I went on my way. I've used UHAUL services for many years and this was the first time I've encountered this situation, I'm sure they'll do the right thing.

claudia reganThe truck had several ants crawling throughout the drivers side of the cabin. Felt like I was crawling with bugs by the end of the 3 hour rental. Had to go home and take a shower.
Steve MartinThe truck was not ready at the pickup time. There was only a 1/4 tank of fuel in the truck when I picked it up and due to the long distance trip, I ended up dropping off the truck with more fuel than I started with and received no discount. Also, the air conditioning did not work.

ROLANDO LEEMy biggest problem with U-Haul is that their mobile app is very "glitchy" and they want to fine you $20 for not using it. I have worked in IT for 30 years and I have designed mobile apps. The U-Haul app looks pretty good, but it hasn't worked for me the three times I was required to use it. That having been said, the support team for the app did an excellent job in over-riding the app and validating the rental return.
Victor LewisI've used Uhaul scores of times since the 1960s, and this was the most pleasant experience I've had by far. Nice, clean, air conditioned rental office staffed with polite and knowledgeable employees. Sounds like I own the place, but no. Over the years I've rented from some pretty shady-looking lots, but it was a real pleasure to not have to wade through underbrush and sugar sand to get to the vehicle. This facility is predominantly a personal rental warehouse business, but it makes for a really nice Uhaul facility. Next time, I'm renting from this place.

Kim BautistaIt frustrating when you plan an appointment 2 weeks in advance and show up to pick up the trailer you need, only to be told it's not there. Not sure why it happens, but at least the employees were able to arrange another location.

Lamour Saint-FleurEverything was good, but the Cab smelled like feces and a bit dirty. Also tire pressure was very low on the two right side tires. The good thing is, the van got the job done. More attention needs to be spent on the cleanliness of the vehicle.

DIEUMENE FENELUSIt should be first come first serve specially when you have a set reservation. I was charged for two days and a dolly I did not used, also asked to pay $80 for not even a 1/8 of gas tank. I just drove 15miles. Promised my lost half hour would be prorated and I had to call to get it fixed. Not a good experience onsite nor on call.

I originally listed my rental to be at a different location, then got a text about two days later saying that the original location that I intended to rent from no longer had availability for the truck I needed, EVEN THOUGH I placed the hold on the truck two weeks in advance, however the day of I went to the new location only to find out that the facility doesn't open until 10 am yet I placed the order for pick up at 9 am! How can you transfer my service which CLEARLY STATES I intended on pickup at 9 am and you guys transfer my service to a location that opens an hour after??? Then when I finally waited to get my vehicle, the employee stated that the person renting out the 17' truck I placed a hold on still hasn't returned it… so luckily he had a 20' available, but due to a mashup with your system I had to pay more for a service I did not want. The fact that I wasn't notified that the truck had not been returned yet is RIDICULOUS! I will never recommend service with you U-Haul ever again. Markus LockhartThis experience renting a U-Haul was horrible. I went to the first location which end up being close and could not get the key to the van. I will send a text later that evening to go to another location at 8:30 in the morning the next day. I arrived at location on time to find out that it was closed. I got on the phone with customer service to try to help me locate The van that was not at the location in fact there was no van in the location and no one there to help. The customer service lady finally sent me a new location which I was able to pick up a van. After driving all this time I was finally able to get one that was completely away from my house. In the future I don't think I would be doing more service with U-Haul. I really go to budget for some other company. This experience sucked
