The tank was supposed to be full. I drove 36 miles...and put 5,25 gallons of gas in it. No way it should have taken $17,3 for 36 miles. Unless it only gets 5 gallons or less on a tank. Not your fault but surely the locations fault.

Jennifer TTruck was just a uhaul truck, pretty much all the same. But customer service was terrific.
Gary SI would have rated it as excellent but it was super hard to find their driveway due to road construction. I saw their building but it was very hard to find the entrance.

Marcy HDespite having to go back to retrieve the furniture dolly mix-up, the staff was courteous and helpful in answering my questions. They went as far as to refund me for the dolly mix-up. I would definitely go back and use this location.

The best part about this storage company as opposed to others is the 24 hour access to your unit if you should ever need it. The ease of being able to pick up or drop off through mobile is also very practical.

Jason SI would give this a great rating except for the fact that I was charged $29 for gas after I just topped off the gas tank. Nobody reviewed or looked at the gas with me when I left they said just give us the keys it'll be fine. Would not trust this location again.
kathleen mI need a U-Haul incredibly last minute, as in, an hour before they closed, and this was the only location that "had" one. It was reserved for another customer first thing the next morning, but they allowed me to use it the night before ensuring that I'd drop it off that same night so they can use it for the next customer. Really pleased with the customer service at this location and how fast they were able to help me out. The 15ft truck served my needs perfectly. Appreciate you all!
Courage OWe rented in Florida and the AC didn't work and the ABS light was on all the time. With what we paid for the 26 ft truck it should not have been in disrepair especially in Fl.
