The most disgusting uhaul van I ever been in. Found out it had roaches in it and couldn't even return it as employees didnt speak English well and I didnt feel like explaining to them and walking into a brick wall.

JUAN Vthe pick up of my uhaul took 30 + min, but the service person informed me that my 24 hours started at the beginning of that 30 min. I returned the uhaul with more gas then when it had on pick up and returned it cleaner then i received it. and the rep was more concerned that i returned on time, not late.. ......... the retuning of the uhaul went more smoothly, a different rep. Better service

William BIt seems that when making reservations at times there are little interest in wanting to provide a confirmation. This was the case where they wanted me to call the location since I refused I was placed on hold until someone else took the call.

Marsha OI reserved a truck for Friday , I called the said location on my order for info , I was questioned as to how I was able to have a reservation when "we don't even have any trucks available" said the agent on the phone .... so I said wow ok I have the info she and she proceeded to tell me oh well we don't have trucks today ... today I get billed 140 something dollars for Be truck rental that wasn't even picked up ... I want a full refund and an apology as this created a big problem for me and my move

The panel van I rented is impeccable and as a matter of a fact, it is like-new as it only had 150 miles upon check-out. Value Store It is a fantastic agent location for U-Haul and it is employees like Trisha that allow both businesses to not only flourish, but shine. Thank you for making my move a 6-Star experience Trisha and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge for my next carribean vacation!
Alexander PYou're doing just fine U-Haul..., but I think that toll boxes should be offered if requested with each rental. I went through a toll, at time of return offerer to pay, but advised that will bill me, then I went to pay, wont take the money, did it over the phone, but still got billed for two months, until it was finally posted; all this for ,50 cents, does not make much sense...
Jose BThere is no parking even for the U-HAUL Cargo Van. I wasn't informed about it, 'till I discover that I have to leave my car on a clinic parking spot where maybe can be towed or stolen... Hoo My God. I hope not again rent a car right there... I believe it is my first time with this kind of troubles with U-HAUL.. Yehaaa It is...
Alejandro VInform your sales staff that rental insurance is NOT mandatory just because a van is new despite it still having damage on it. Tricia would not budge on this and if I had any flexibility with moving lab equipment, I would have canceled this rental and went else where. I do not appreciate being scammed and I will not rent from this location again.
Jeremiah CI pay insurace & prime dolar each time I rent. For what reason U-Haul keeps renting vehicles that have been involved in an accident and are still on the road; where does the Insurance money goes ?
