Jonathan EAfter I booked for a Truck in Vanderhoof , U Haul in Prince George changed my booking to Prince George. That would have made for a lot of wasted time and money. When I called Prince George the girl I talked to didn't seem interested in working with me and just told me I would just have to go to Prince George. When I called John in Vanderhoof to let him know, he asked me to call 2 days before and he would do his best to get me a truck. He did have one come in and his customer service is awesome. So very helpful !

Tim Tbrakes did not work, now we have to repair the brakes on the truck becaue they were overused.
Brian NHad to enter credit card info…but still had to give credit card at location.
Barb MI was looking around the area for wheel chocks or a chunk of wood. Luckily it wasn't required but would have given me piece of mind when dropping off.

Pauline SWe hauled the trailer from Vanderhoof to Kelowna, a 10 hour drive. In 100 Mile House (5 hours into the drive) the trailer had a flat tire due to the air valve gasket not being tightened properly...was apparently a slow leak and we were lucky to not be driving on the rim. This was 100 % the fault of U-Haul. We called U-Haul roadside assistance and their contractor (from Kal-Tire in 100 Mile) had us on the road in 1,5 hours. So while we were extremely unhappy about the huge hassle of having a flat (especially when it was totally preventable) the roadside assistance guy was fantastic. And the people at the U-Haul in Vanderhoof were very pleasant.

KEVIN HThe service at vanderhoof is wonderful . No way it could be improved . We we're moving from kitimat had tried to get a uhaul in terrace 550 km to the west and had to backtrack to vanderhoof from kitimat to get uhaul . Gas cost us about300 dollars extra . That part could be improved . But vanderhoof was great !!!!!
