Dropped truck off 28 min late because of having to catch a ferry from texada,charged a extra day....hoping that can be fixed,fingers crossed.otherwise the self check in was easy at this location.
DEBBIE GOffice was really good about where to leave trailer and the process, was very easy and fast drop off.

Gordon WOur entire experience was perfect. Right from booking the trailer, picking it up and returning it - there were no hassles or problems. If we ever need to rent again we will go directly to the UHaul site at Vanderkemp's Sales & Services.

Paul CWe were not provided the two dolly and furniture pads we originally ordered. This made moving quite difficult. Yet still, on my invoice I was not refunded the full amount. It should have been a $34 refund ($20 for pads and 2x$7=$14) but I was only refunded $24. Very poor customer service and care, I've used U-Haul several times in the past and this is the first bad experience I've had.

Neil PThere may be water in the fuel. It was frizzing at the time and the truck would quite running then coast and suddenly surge ahead. A difficult way to drive on an icy road.

DANIEL Bit took so long to get me on my way that I missed my ferry. resulting more cost to me more profit to you. .started off with a pu.then u changed it to a van then a small moving truck then a 20ft. turns out yIu gave me a 26 ft. which resulted in higher ferry cost.alot higher. the small truck sat there at the lIt the hole trip. would have been cheaper to throw away what I had to move and start over. get your sh*t together. recommend you hah that well be the day.not gonna happen
james wThe customer service was horrible. The guy wouldn't even come outside to help assist or tell where to park the trailer. When we called back 10 minutes later, someone else picked up after being told that the person we first dealt with couldn't help because he was the only one working that day
