Picked up UHaul outside of Nashville 2 days after Christmas Day Bombing incident. Van was incredible, his machine wasn't working because ATT was down and he worked with us to get trailer anyway. Superb Customer Service. Highly recommend Van's Hardware.

It is frustrating to request a truck a week in advance and then the day before get a confirmation that the truck pick up location is significantly different that what you requested. There is also no explanation or apology for the inconvenience of the changed location. This leaves no time to try to make alternative plans. I tried to rent a truck two weeks ago and cancelled the Order then because the pickup was an hour away from what I needed and there was not way to change it. This is poor customer service and I will not be using uhaul again.

You can charge correct amount.. i was charged 150 dollars over the correct amount for a one day rental with just 22 miles used... we got insurance and a dolly total was supposed to be 103.23 but got charged 175 the 1st day and 78.23 the return day...

I had to drive a while to pick-up this truck - 45 miles. Not sure what could be done but if that could be shorter it would be better.

I can't say enough about Vans Hardware and the folks that work there. Even though we realized pretty quick that the mileage was wrong, the owner went above and beyond to find out why this happened and charged us for only what we actually used. Great experience with the drop off!

This location sucks at renting your equipment. When I arrived to pick up my reservation I went in and waited nearly 20 minutes before I was helped. The dealer was talking to a friend about personal issues and ignored me as if I wad invisible . When I finally got help there was no apology or anything. The dealer did tell me personal conversation was more important than business. He didn't care if he rented the truck or got my business. Overall rude and no customer skills. I will never rent from this location or would recommend anyone else from doing so
