The cabin did smell like smoke

The equipment broke down less than an hour an hourafter leaving the facility with my belongings in it and then I was charged a cleaning fee although I came back I came back and had someone clean it out

If reserving online take screen shots of any discounts they advertise once in store to check in my reservation went from 107 to the final bill of 235. Because they didn't apply the discount for me having to drive further to a different location that was out of the way for me to make it easier on them to have their desired inventory. So don't rely on the reservation email that they send as soon as they login to it at the store it changes on your end to their standard prices.

Not only was I overcharged more than my original rate I am having problems getting a copy of my receipt everything was paid on time and vehicle returned even after sitting and waiting to check it in to see and make sure that I got my rifle return from you all I was given information that clearly wasn't true the vehicle was not maintained properly because if it had I would have been able to get my own mileage off and not have to go with whatever mileage was there it's a very saddening situation I enjoyed the convenience of using your company several times in the past but with my last experience I may have to choose your competitor next time if need be

I was charged for two Dollie's!! This location does not keep any Dollie's! I drove to a near by U-Haul but still didn't find Dollie's!! Then I drove to Home Depot and paid for renting Dollie's. When I returned the U-Haul I wrote on a small paper to the employee to pass to her manager my note "REMOVE THE U-HAUL WRONG CHARGES OF 2 DOLLIES". Manager only removed one. Then I had to waste time to further call back customer service NOTE: IN AM SAME DAY I HAD ANOTHER U-HAUL BOOKED NEAR BY BUT THEY CALLED ME 30 MINS BEFORE PICKUP TIME AND CANCELLED IT !!!!!! ASKED ME TO GO TO LEWISVILLE AND PICKUP. THIS WAS PATHETIC. I WILL BOOK AT HOME DEPOT NEXT TIME!!

I thought I was getting the small truck with a ramp. Turns out, the smaller trucks don't have a ramp. So I had a redo the entire transaction b'c the initial salesman put me in the wrong truck with no ramp. Turns out, this location doesn't even have a dolly to use so I had to go across the street to Home Depot and rent a dolly. Likeee wthhhhh!!! I eventually got the big truck with the ramp and took care of my business.

Make sure all information is conveyed before person is ready to pick up. I was told over the phone that the price would be 14.95. But when I went to pock up the trailer, I was told there was a $60 deposit. As it turned out, that deposit was due only if I was paying with cash. But still, that information was not conveyed at the time of set up.

Service was great until I returned the truck. 3 days later they bill me for cleaning and for fuel when I left the truck clean and put the gas back in. Asked for proof and of course they were unable to provide any. Straight scam! I will never use a third party vendor again!
