The new online process is fantastic.You can be hooked up and ready to go in less than 10 minute if yiu fill out everythingonline the day before .I will say the location I was at was extremely remote and they only had one choice for car hauler.it wasn't exactly clean, but that shouldn't matter for just hauling a car.

Robert FI never use the trailer and was not hooked up and caused damage to the vehicle, was asked for a refund and was never received it.
JESSE THad the equipment ready to go and the paperwork completed. We just had to make sure our towing vehicle was OK, hook up the trailer, and were on our way!
