This guy went out of his way to make my day turn out better than it started. He stayed and waited for me to get there and hooked me up, checked all the lights and made sure we were going to be OK. Thank you Vic.

Brandee ShieldsMaybe a walk through just as far as the controls of the truck. It took me a few minutes to figure the tow/haul light being on at first. I thought it meant the parking brake or something was on. Had a yellow lit up trailer. I had no idea and the place was closed. Aside from that it was great.

JOSEPH MANGRETTAThe issue is at the Pickup - no one could tell me where the drop-off would be, they said I had to call when I got at destination. Being Sunday - the number did not answer and had to use a smart phone to find a drop-off which takes a 26' - and FYI- Google does not show this location, the owner had to stay on phone with me, I had blocked traffic, Police showed up and gave me help. The owner himself told me that Google sends most of the traffic past him, this man should get more of your work, I recommend him !!
PETER KAWAJAWhen I return a piece of equipment I should not have to move it around and put it where the people wanted I do not work for U-Haul that is not my job the people should have the equipment on hand to put the stuff where they wanted

DAVE FOXI did not choose this location but one within 2 miles of where I unloaded.It was a 20 mile drive.The drop off site was closed...a neighbor came out to tell us where to park and drop keys.I received no vehicle receipt for return.

Frank SweattThe self check out wouldn't load the camera to take a picture of myself. I had to cancel the reservation and make another one so the uhaul rep could manually check me in. The uhaul rep wasn't very knowledgeable about the self check in and it took a while for us to figure out that i was set up for the self check in.
MATT KLENKEHave someone there when the web site says you are open. Also, have someone answer the phone that is listed as to call. I drove by later and it the trailer was moved. It would of been nice to receive a phone call that the trailer was processed and that I turned all the right paper work in.

Rick MartinI drive an extra ten miles out of my way to use this location as I have had bad experiences at locations closer to my home on Route 466
CHUCK FICHTNERThe location of my pick up and drop off was changed the night before I needed to travel. I was notified by email with no time to make other arrangements. I would never recommend the original location where my reservation was made. I was forced to 20 miles in the wrong direction to pick up and to drop off the trailer. Had I been notified in advance, I could have made other arrangements. Next time, I will start with Budget. - Sorry but the location on Rt 466 did this even after I stopped in the weekend before my trip to confirm there would be no problem.

Olan ThomasAfter I picked up the trailer, I received a text and email stating the drop off location was changed. I called your customer service and basically got a response of "sorry". Based on these experiences, I will probably look somewhere besides U-Haul next time
