I returned my uhaul a day earl but somehow was charged for an extra day saying that I didn’t return it until 11 am the next day.

Paul WWell it wasn't very well lit. I was also not aware of the town very well. Being after hours. My wife had to stay in car while I had to upload photos of the vehicle. Being late at night it was kind kind of a scary situation.

Charlie HAbsolutely horrible service. Dirty and not well kept. Unauthorized charges to my credit card a month later, will be reporting this location to our financial institution as fraud.

Jimit PUsed uhaul.com for the return & dropoff and had nothing but connection issues. No issues checking in with the app but the dropoff was terrible. Tried several times with no luck. Called the uhaul help center and they were no help either.

Greg CI paid for a dolly but they don't have a dolly. They said they told uhaul they don't have one but customers still come in regularly after having paid to use one only to find there isn't one. I didn't have time to go all around town to find which location actually had one so I did without. Also there was no ramp on my truck. I thought they all had ramps.

Kaelin HI was to pick up at 2:00 pm waited forever for a key then I was to return at 3 pm the next day to tell City and was charged $40 extra day?? Not very pleased with that because I was 4 minutes late returning but waited 30 minutes to get a key when I picked up

Brett DWe were very sad the truck did not have cruise control--made for a much longer day. I had no idea the trucks wouldn't have it and will remember to ask if we need one again. Otherwise, fine experience and thanks.

JON WIt was somewhat difficult to locate. Was given the street address but not the name of the business (Vic's Tobacco and Food Mart). The house numbers were not visible from the street (Frederica) and there were no other U- Haul trucks or trailers parked on the parking lot so I wasn't sure I was at the right place until I went inside
