My reservation was changed from one location to another then to Vince's because people were closing early for the new year holiday. The girl that helped me was more than pleasant. the truck I would have been nervous taking it on the highway it floated all over the road and I drove trucks for a living. Ended up getting charged for insurance I didn't need and told her I didn't need because your software was acting up she said. Overall my worst Uhaul experience.
Mark SOnly issue was going to five different locations to find boxes. Beyond this issue in NE Ohio(the region is clinging by a thread) once to the people everything was fine. Not sure what the solution should be. Please avoid vertical integration.
Peter NThe location was very helpful. I would recommend you consider putting some kind of Jack on the front of these trailers. It took 2 men to lift the tongue.
