I had a great experience renting from this location. The only problem I had was with the running lights not working,(Turn,Brake, and 4 Ways worked),but I think that it might've been the plug on my truck. I'll have to check it out to be sure. One suggestion would be to have an optional battery operated winch on the front of the trailer for loading and unloading. I used one on my truck to load the cars I hauled because neither car was running. One on the trailer would be a lot better.

We have been informed about how to operate. problem solve, and shown the truck and any previous dings. The truck is always brought out from the lot and parked ready to leave the lot without turning around. Great friendly customer service.

The 6'x12' trailer didn't have a jack to be able to unhitch it from my truck to run errands without having to drag the trailer with me. The drop off point where I had to return it didn't have one that we could use to drop the trailer. Bad back and no help to unhitch. But management helped me to lift it off.

My original drop off location as booked online was in Hubbard OH. I was switched to this location that was the closest for me of the new options, but it was an additional 25 miles, 30 minutes added on to my trip. This threw me over the 100 mile limit to which I was then charged an additional fee for being over milage & used more gas in the process. The above mentioned issue with the trailer not being released correctly led to 4-5 phone calls to me regarding the trailer and the contract information. Vitale was more than nice during all the calls, but it was an additional distraction to an already busy day. Vitale worked with me regarding dropping off the trailer after hours which isn't usually permitted at their location.
