The man at this location was rude and acted like a smart a$$. We have rented a lot of U-Hauls in the past 5 months. This was by far the worst experience.

Was overcharged like I always am when I rent a U-Haul, You take a customers debit card and charge what you want, After this happened to me twice I’ll be renting from Budget, or Hertz, I would rather leave my things behind then renting a U-Haul, Dishonest company U-Haul is! I’m thinking the Better Business Bureau needs to investigate the way U Haul does business!
