I requested an appliance dolly and this location did not have any. Not sure why U-Haul sent me to this location. Also, I was overcharged because I reserved for four hours and was charged for a day and a half. Trying to get my money back. I will only go to an actual uhaul location after this.
Lisa TWell I paid for the 1999 truck and I put down for 30 miles but I only use 17 and I returned the truck early because I didn't leave the place until almost 1:00 so I didn't understand why my bill was almost $80 I pray I get credited once you find that I didn't use it I only went 17 miles and I just didn't put gas cuz I had forgot my wallet and I only use the fourth of a tank of gas so I pray that they fix it and return the rest of the money to my card. Other than that the attendant was beautiful understanding kind and yes I will use her again.

AHMED TAn additional charge was added for roadside. I wasn't asked and just charged and told about it as I checked the truck out before pulling off. Nice lady but I have my own roadside coverage I didn't need additional, had I been asked I would have politely declined. I only book the insurance just in case, I was kinda upset about this but there was nothing I could do my card was already charged at that point

Dante JThe location was not open when we got there. We had to wait 30 minutes past our pick up time. We has to put air in the tire when we left the pickup location. Difficulty with app trying to check vehicles back in. Customer service over the phone was excellent.
Margaret SThe passenger side view mirror started swinging back and forth when I drove down the street not even 100 feet from the location I picked it up from. The check engine light came on when I was on the road and the truck started acting like it didn't want to shift out of 1st gear so the transmission will be an issue for a future customer. Y'all charge a premium to rent but give customers pieces of shit to drive. I wouldn't recommend U Haul to anyone but there isn't a lot of truck rental services on the market.
