mike cThe gas gauge was a little higher when we dropped it off, then what it was at when we picked it up. Then we get a bill saying it was lower then we picked it up. So we got charged $26. My husband even said it to the lady that it was higher. They were making money off of us which was wrong.

sreven bI'll probably never use uhaul again. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. I originally rented a 26 ft truck 8 minutes away from the house I was moving on from. I received an email the day before letting me know that the truck was no longer there and that it was 20 minutes away now. thanks morning I check my email to make sure that the truck is still there and I have no emails informing me otherwise. I drive 20 minutes north of my house to find out that the truck is an hour and 15 minutes south of my house and no one ever contacted me. I was told by the representatives a Terry building supply that that's my fault for using the online system. I was told by 1 800 U-Haul that that's my fault for using the online system and not verifying on phone with the place that I was picking it up from. I was told by everyone in this situation that it is my fault for using the online system. I then go to return my truck a day early, since I was done with it. I'm asked where are the dolly, appliance cart, and 24 furniture pads. Apparently, the person that actually got my truck after I drove to a new location never updated the contract to reflect that he didn't have any of these things to give me the begin with after I was already charged for them. I will not, cannot, and should not ever deal with this lack of accountability with such a large company.
Jared WI rent a car hauler to pull behind my RV. I paid a little over 200$ From Ruston LA to Pennsylvania. The same trip home I was charged over 600 dollars. This was a small town in PA. Very low demand for this trailer. I move around quite a bit due to my job. I find a 400$ plus over charge an out rage. you are welcome to look it up. Trailer rented by Gerald Bruce Withers.
jerald wPhone center overcharged me for a one way for the second time in a row then the agent overcharged me for the insurance because we couldn't get the site to work and I had to return it an hour away to the pickup location after I had been promised a closer return dealer. Overall a poor experience.

JOSEPH VThe part that is was extremely mad about was. The part were you did not have anything available out were I was going so I ended up paying milage both ways which cost me an extra 0,89 cents a mile for 214 miles plus fuel and tolls for the big truck which one was $42 and the other was $15 were if I tock a car out and was able to get one out there. I would not of had these cost.

RANDY SMy husband drops off the trailer to a man who states, " you didn't see me, I was never here." My husband had little idea on how to handle that but we couldn't keep the trailer so we left it. The whole situation seemed very suspicious
