Rafael MI recommend picking up your vehicle when this location is open. Call U-Haul and speak to an actual person BEFORE picking up your vehicle to confirm ALL details about pickup time and location hours. Here's what happened: I was suppose to pick up my 10' truck at 7am (location was closed). I thought it would be easy. I logged into the U-Haul app and what a nightmare! Check in couldn't be completed because license card scan didn't go through. Once scan was successful, the pad lock (to get key) couldn't open after several pass codes. Waited for location to open and got the key from a sales person at 9:15! Then I called to extend drop off. I was literally transferred 4 times before the right person extended the drop off time. I called to dispute what I was charged and representative said a manager would call me. I waited a whole day. I called back the next day and another representative said the manager has 72 hours to get back to me, I was not told this when I first called. The manager did call me back and issued me a $50 credit. Really doesn't compensate for all I went through! Manager said this is all he can do:(

jerry SThe folks working the U-Haul counter at Wadeson are not pleasant or particularly helpful. They make you feel like it is a burden to them that you are giving them your money to rent a truck. Unfortunately, they are the nearest U-Haul location that regularly has pickup trucks to rent.

Peter ZI was charged $27 for missing blankets. I returned next day to dispute because we never used any blankets. The woman said' well the seal of the blankets was broken and the blankets were missing.' I told them the man who furnished me the truck simply gave preliminary instructions about the truck and di NOT do a walk through prior to my leaving. Furthermore this woman (when I returned the truck) simply asked 'did you gas up?' tonwhich I replied 'yes'. She then said 'ok we'll take care of the truck'. Again nobody checked the truck. Walking out I didn't feel.great about the process but figured such a longtime local company would be reputable enough not to play games.

FRED JIt feels like I'm walking into a welcoming family business every time I rent from there. I've gotten to know their U-haul manager and she recognizes me so each transaction is efficient and easy. I will admit I prefer contacting the location directly rather than booking via the online portal.
Sam PThe rep was not helpful at all. I'm 73yrs old. He made me plug in the wiring to my Lincoln. Just stood there, had to get down on my knees to plug in. My brother has 6 u haul centers in Indiana. Customer service is very important.

ANDREW GU-Haul attendant was short spoken and started servicing another customer in the middle of the transaction. She didn't offer blanket rentals and referenced checking the website for any other info

John HFire the crew at this site. The counter person was brusque and abrupt. The truck had not been maintained between users. The cab was filthy. The truck was parked with the passenger side in weeds that were waist high, making a complete inspection difficult. The truck turned out to have a maintenance issue which delayed us for about 3 hours en route. This particular truck had a bent rear step bumper, multiple dings, dents, tears, none of which were noted in its record, so it took me about 30 minutes to document all the damage. I will never use this company again.
