Was an easy, smooth friendly process
jason fI chose the location because of proximity to the end of my use of the truck. I did have to specificallly request this location for the purpose of return. U Haul could update this destination on their website as a choice for use for those near to Kettering.

Shirley TI was overcharged. I booked online and declined everything. when I dropped it off I was charged for insurance which I had declined when I booked .
Richard DClaimed to have not received the reservation due to being out of town all weekend, however the reservation was placed on Tuesday. After coming a 2nd time to pick up the U-haul (2 hours after the reservation time) they couldn't find the keys and didn't know how to finish the order for some reason so they had to call their boss to be walked through things. On a positive note, the people we spoke to at the location were very nice.

Karen NAdvertised 24 Hour drop off yet fence was locked - no clear instructions on what to do. I dropped off at night and didn't initially see the Dropbox mounted on the outside of the fence and then once I did, there were no clear instructions to follow, so I just noticed a bunch of tire marks in the grass and dropped off the trailer there.
