Truck cab smelt like cigarettes heavily. Ordered 2 furniture dolly’s and did not get them. Had to move two heavy couches with electric recliners without help thanks to that, while also trying not to damage or stain them. No cruise control when I stated I had 200 miles worth of driving to do. No one there when I returned. Next time I will use Penske or Budget for an uncommon day trip. I was guaranteed $50 if the truck I ordered wasn’t in stock which it wasn’t and that didn’t happen which cost me more in fuel due to the size. Overall bad experience
