I was not given a walk through of the truck, including me having to go back into the building twice because my paperwork was wrong. I was given information about another truck. I wanted to make sure everything was in order, since i was returning the truck at another location, in a different city.

Had to hookup myself. Had to go back and forth with clerk on the correct payment amount. Was told I had to have back day of rental when I know I had 24 hours for return. Not enough room for parking equipment on return. Did not care for return procedures. No trust with customers. I'm use to just dropping my return equipment and leaving. Had to contact clerk that drop was made. Way to complicated for a Uhaul rental. I am a frequent customer. Not satisfied with this rental.
