Trailer running lights did not work when I picked up. They did try to fix for 5 min then said they don't know how. So I can either take as is and hope I don't get pulled over when traveling 1100 miles OR don't take it, as they had no other or alternate.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Paperwork quick and easy, they hooked everything up, tested lights and I was on my way. Great experience.

It was after hours drop off so I did not meet with anyone there, but the lot was large and clean so it was easy to disconnect the trailer and place it somewhere safe. The location is open and easy to get to with entrance from two different roads since it's on a corner.

Location is convenient, staff is nice. Truck was clean! But it needs a little work done. The steering is loose and the transmission shifts way too late. Also you have to be very sturdy with the driver door for it to close properly. These were the main things I've noticed. Other than that, my overall experience and satisfaction is great! I liked the convenience of the lock box.

Self pick up process sucks

I kept getting sent all around town to find a truck and W&J had the right truck though this was not the first location I went to. It cost me a lot of very valuable time before settling on this truck. The lady at W& J was great but Uhaul really dropped the ball on the whole order/reservation thing

It wasn't the business where I pick up the truck. U haul changed location on me at the last minute, that was wrong. I requested a dolly, didn't get one because location change, had to rent one.

Parking is fairly difficult at this location. There were 2 uhaul trucks and one uhaul vehicle dolly. When I arrived, there was no obvious spot to park my 20' uhaul. There was a safe space for me to park the vehicle, but it's clearly not a space where it should be parked long term since its directly in front of the business where business customers would likely park temporarily. This could be improved by getting the business to have designated uhaul parking locations with enough capacity to accept returns. On a positive note, the location is right off of an interstate exit which makes it easy to get to.

Kelly, was great in helping me with my crazy schedule and even went out of her way to come into her business office to help me thru the rental process when her business was closed. Thank you so much!!!

The man who moved my truck and dolly out of the thruway was the only helpful employee I encountered. This is a not a good Uhaul dealer. I had to call several times to reach anyone. On the day I was to return the truck, I got repeated calls from the dealer while I was busy securing storage and unloading the truck. On the final call, I assured the dealer that I would be there once I put gas in the truck. I called to assure the dealer that I was nearby and there was no answer. Once I arrived, there was no one there. Then, looking at the turn-in receipt, I see I was charged for an extra day! I definitely won't recommend this dealer to anyone.

Trailer was dropped off a day after it was rented but took over a month and a half to receive a notification from uhaul saying the trailer has not been returned and was late. But it was returned and the drop off location obviously did not process the paperwork.

This was not the location I reserved. Apparently your $50 guarantee is not real. You just send people to locations further away.

If there will be a change in price because you are requesting to keep the rental 24 hr period, the customer should be made aware!! This is absolutely ridiculous

The GPS didn't work, and it took nearly an hour for me to return the truck. After speaking with a very nice agent on the phone for 20 minutes, I was told simply to leave the key, and that I would not be charged extra for not returning the truck by phone. Lo and behold, a charge has been applied to my card. Never again will I deal with UHaul. This was the third 26-foot truck I rented in a month. I would have expected some consideration.
