It wasn't the business where I pick up the truck. U haul changed location on me at the last minute, that was wrong. I requested a dolly, didn't get one because location change, had to rent one.Steven H.

Parking is fairly difficult at this location. There were 2 uhaul trucks and one uhaul vehicle dolly. When I arrived, there was no obvious spot to park my 20' uhaul. There was a safe space for me to park the vehicle, but it's clearly not a space where it should be parked long term since its directly in front of the business where business customers would likely park temporarily. This could be improved by getting the business to have designated uhaul parking locations with enough capacity to accept returns. On a positive note, the location is right off of an interstate exit which makes it easy to get to.Johnathan W.

The man who moved my truck and dolly out of the thruway was the only helpful employee I encountered. This is a not a good Uhaul dealer. I had to call several times to reach anyone. On the day I was to return the truck, I got repeated calls from the dealer while I was busy securing storage and unloading the truck. On the final call, I assured the dealer that I would be there once I put gas in the truck. I called to assure the dealer that I was nearby and there was no answer. Once I arrived, there was no one there. Then, looking at the turn-in receipt, I see I was charged for an extra day! I definitely won't recommend this dealer to anyone.TAUNYA P.
Trailer was dropped off a day after it was rented but took over a month and a half to receive a notification from uhaul saying the trailer has not been returned and was late. But it was returned and the drop off location obviously did not process the paperwork.Dylan P.

The GPS didn't work, and it took nearly an hour for me to return the truck. After speaking with a very nice agent on the phone for 20 minutes, I was told simply to leave the key, and that I would not be charged extra for not returning the truck by phone. Lo and behold, a charge has been applied to my card. Never again will I deal with UHaul. This was the third 26-foot truck I rented in a month. I would have expected some consideration.Richard C.
