Gary BI was very pleased with the service I received. I had to drive 1,5 hours from BC to get there, but forgot about the time change. I sent a message saying I would be late and the owner was there waiting for me. I was greeted by a friendly and understanding person. I would definitely use this location again if I need a big trailer.

Andra LWhen I picked this POS car dolly up in fairview it was buried in a snow bank and covered in snow and ice. Then I brought it up to the front so they could take a picture of the hook up and the kid doing that "checked" the lights, I was in whitecourt before I figured out the only lights working were the marker lights. I did check my side of the wiring when I got home and it worked fine.

Markus LHow about when someone books a uhaul in advance that it is actually available that day within a 25km proximity. And if it is not available then there should be at the bare minimum compensation for the gas and time and stress it is to go 1,5 hrs in the the complete opposite direction for both of your chosen locations. Having this very abrupt change 2 days before I was set to move left me completely without options and made for a very frustrating experience. The ONLY saving grace from my interaction with uhaul were the gentlemen assisting me at the pick up and drop off locations. Guarantee I will not be using uhaul again.
