Douglas E.When I returned the U-Haul. I did a total clean, wiped everything down. I believe people when returning need to also do this. I also filled the tank to full when not necessary. I think everyone needs to do the same, just makes it easier to keep track of. But overall a great service center. Merci.

Delena D.Discontinue use of your app unless you want to lose customers or... Make initial registration s at a U-haul that takes responsibility for getting all of the customer's information entered correctly and that all the customer has to do is find the truck and get the combo lock. Probably not going to use uhaul for a few years after this hellish experience and inept apology.

Lindsey K.I was charged and extra day, because the company I dropped it off at chose not to check the truck in for over two hours after I dropped it off. I was also charged for gas, which the uhaul was at a full tank when I turned it in. I also was charged for extra mileage when I was told there wouldn't be mileage charges. I literally drove the uhaul to the address I was moving to and then the address to drop it off. Where the extra miles I was charged came from is beyond my understanding. I would NEVER recommend uhaul to anyone! I'm beyond disappointed with my experience with the uhaul rental.
