Tony PThe entire staff is great. I have been a customer there for several years ever since I relocated here for a job in Pensacola! The ramp on the truck made it so easy to load and unload the furniture. I was grateful I was able to do a walk-in since I needed it with short notice also the truck was clean and rode smoothly. The gentleman who helped me, was very courteous and efficient and kind.. the team at the Warrington pack and ship/U-Haul store is very professional, and they all interact with the customers on a genuine basis, and I am thankful that they had a truck available because I had to move in a hurry in order to meet the deadline. Thanks again Super please and will most definitely use them in the future weather for local or interstate move needs.!! 10 out of 10 hands-down!$

Gary MI have had to use uhaul a lot kn the past 5 months; here and in Georgia. I particularly appreciate this location...I have used them for uhaul vehicles as well as shipping and faxing, etc. The owner and staff are personable and professional and always provide good customer service.

I don't know if anyone was in the building or not because they only spoke with us through the ring doorbell and said we'd have to call customer serivce. I've rented with UHaul on several occasions and have never had this kind of experience. It was awful!

Douglas EWhen I returned the U-Haul. I did a total clean, wiped everything down. I believe people when returning need to also do this. I also filled the tank to full when not necessary. I think everyone needs to do the same, just makes it easier to keep track of. But overall a great service center. Merci.

Delena DDiscontinue use of your app unless you want to lose customers or... Make initial registration s at a U-haul that takes responsibility for getting all of the customer's information entered correctly and that all the customer has to do is find the truck and get the combo lock. Probably not going to use uhaul for a few years after this hellish experience and inept apology.
