The representative was helpful and answered all my questions.Asaba M.
Staff was friendly. Unfortunately I had to clean the interior and exterior just to use the 15 foot van. The previous Customer parked it and that was it. It was not touched/sanitary or remotely cleaned prior to them handing me the keys. It was missing the fan knob for heat and ac. Also left with under a half tank of gas so a bit annoying having to fill off the start.KENNETH D B.

They did not go over check out with me. They cheated me about 53 $on what they said was not replaced. They said I had a 1/4 tank. I Brought it back exactly the same at exactly a 1/4 tank. I put in 10 Gallon of fuel. They said I drove 58 miles. I think that miles is ok. They said I brought it back 1/8 full not true. I fell I was cheated. The atmosphere seemed dishonest when I first came to pickup truck. When I brought the truck back and I looked at the charges, I asked for correction to be made then. They said I would have to come back later because they could not help me at that time. When I came back a later day with my papers, it was too late to prove the gas error they made. I plan never to go their again. Bad experience I will never forget. When I brought back the truck they should have gone over all that was not ok. They did not. I even told them that the left bumper was bent. I took them out to show them. I am religiously honest in my dealings. When I came back the second time in dispute, the owner said I broke the rear view mirror. That never happened. Sad experience. Bill Bacon.WILLIAM B.

The procedure for drop off was not clear Or marked and the parking lot is too small. When I pulled in with the trailer I had to block parking spots in front of a market and block parked cars in. I disconnected the trailer quickly so that other cars would not be impeded and i would not block handicap parking and the check in guy yelled at me for it. Overall not a good experience with the drop off.MICHAEL R.

The roll up door on our truck kept coming off the tracks. It was awful and such a pain. I would not recommend uhaul as when we returned the truck no one cared about the door and the fact that it took us so much extra time to get the door up and down with every load. We will not be using u haul again. Poor quality and customer service.Joseph S.

I felt like I got scammed. The gas tank was not completely full and I returned the truck at the same gas level. I was still charged for 2 gallons. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the tank level before I left the lot. During checkout, the owner (Singh), didn't mention anything about the tank level and just cashed me out. I would not recommend this place to anyone and left a bad impression with me. Also, when I picked up the truck the customer service was horrible. The guy had no customer service. All in all, I would not be using them or Uhaul again.VIENGPHET O.

My original pick up location was awful. The equipment was old and didn't look weather tight. There was no one there to release the equipment to me and uhaul customer service was unable to reach them. Their franchise should be revokedJames M.

Everything was fine, except when I got a call from the location asking when I planned to return the trailer that I returned to them 2 hours prior. Now I am concerned that I may be somehow billed additional hours, when they actually removed the trailer and parked it themselves. Calling a customer before checking their own work is unacceptable, and obviously they didn't follow through on their return procedures.Zal F.

I first worked with One Stop Storage, who didn't have a truck available when I had to change the date. As I use them for storage, and they have been excellent, I am sure they would met the needs as well, if I hadn't had to change the date. I am not as familiar with Washougal Food Center, but the store appears tidy, was well stocked, and has plenty of staff to meet the customer's volume. So, I had no complaint. The delays were all on our end. . So, I guess I would sum it up, in that while my policy is not to recommend anything to friends or acquaintances, due to bad experiences when I have. The man who â€œhelpedâ€ me was more interested in his phone than assisting me. He didn't break eye contact from his phone the entire time I was there. I handed him my rental agreement, he looked at it, handed it back to me and said I was good. I had to ask him to email me a receipt that the rental was returned. He showed me his phone and asked me to confirm my email, I did and he sent me a receipt. No signature, no inspection of the trailer. I even offered if he had a lock for the tongue of the hitch, that I would lock it up for him. All I got was, nope it's good. So much for the effort I went to, spending extra time and money to clean the trailer inside and out. I felt uneasy about my interaction with him, so I took photos of the trailer and where I parked it before leaving it in case something happened after leaving it with them. I didn't have confidence in this location, and wouldn't rent from them, or use it as a drop off location again. I dropped off here out of convenience due to its distance from my house, but next time I'll drive out of my way for a better location.Michael H.

This location is a convenience store that has a Uhaul sideline. I had to wait between his crackhead customers buying beer and cigarettes while he rang them up. It took me over 30 minutes to complete the rental and be on my way. He asked me if I needed help hooking up the tow dolly, He reluctantly hooked it up after I objected. Don't rent from here. Go to a designated Uhaul Dealer. Unprofessional and rude. But it was the only place in Southwestern Washington and Portland area that had a tow dolly. What could I do?STEPHEN H.

I was surprised there was no built in or portable ramp with the 10' cube rental. For moving a refrigerator this would have been extremely helpful, and considerably safer.Craig B.

One tire on Auto carrier was half flat and kept emptying even after being filled. Ratchets for holding from tires were rusty and badly needed some lubricantRon K B.
