Had no problem with the vendor but with uhaul itself. Your company called me the day of rental advising the trailer wasn't available and no trailer were available but the one she had at this location . There was plenty of trailers at your local retailer and even at the location I obtained the trailer I originally rented. I rent trailers every month and was not happy with this transaction from the company itselfRichmond L.

The location is fine. I've rented there several times. But your app for retrieving keys from the lock box is terrible. Your customer service rep was on the phone with me for 30 minutes to walk me through data input that should have been done when I scheduled the truck. You really need to fix this.Wilbur R.

The pickup guy told me I had to fold the blankets. I was not informed of that requirement when I picked up the trailer. So he either is lazy and took advantage of me, or, folding the blankets is is the policy but not effectively communicated to me. I would like to know the answer to this. Please email me. Other than that, the process was easy and streamlined.Geof F.
Would recommend that smoking not be allowed in the trucks. I have allergies and the smell of the smoke from the previous driver caused me to be sick most of the weekend.Felita C.

Everything was great with my experience except for the packet of blankets I purchased to help cover my furniture from scratches and dents. They were around the furniture for 2 days during transport. After arriving and unloading my furniture all of my white pieces and my white leather headboard all had blue stains that were left from the blue blankets. I had to use magic erasers to remove it on my wood piece but nothing took it off my headboard. These blankets are not a very good investment and defeats the purpose your buying them for especially when they caused the damage to my furniture. They were a waste of $5 and ruined my headboard. Please discontinue this color blanket. Merci.Melody M.
I tried to get help from the manager there and he was rude and disrespectful. I was stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours. With no information to help and I have a child. I will never recommend anyone to go there or come to uhaul. And I'm reporting this location to yelp, Glassdoor and whatever platforms there is to give bad reviews. Total nightmare- rental made weeks ago , confirmed pickup day prior as required. Location for pickup changed at last minute with NO phone call , just a text that was not seen until morning of pickup. 2 hours of move time lost because of time to drive to get rental. They changed original truck size price but gave me smaller truck!!! Horrible customer service on Uhaul side. Retailer running small pickup location was very kind as was not his fault . He just has to be the one to catch everyone's rage. Uhaul traffic division is horrible!!!!! Major overhaul needed in customer service department.Michael C.
Maintain equipment, provider was nice and knowledgeable. Mirror driver side fell off on interstate. Service engine light on. The outside of the lot could be tidier. Stressful day.Earl E.

This guy is very slow. It took 1 hour to check out when I got the trailer and it took 50 minutes to check the trailer back in through him. A bunch of wasted time this guy has outdated equipment and he doesn't seem to respect people's time. He is very slow and in my opinion you need to take your business away from him. I've been renting with U-Haul through my business for 12 years and this was the worst experience I've had in that time. Also the guy doesn't have any trucks to rent. So I had to get a trailer and make several trips to complete my job. Just a bad experience all around would never do business with him againCHRIS F.

I didn't have a problem with this location. The problem I had was with the store on Gordon highway. The Manager name was Jeff, he called me around 9:50 and advised me my uhaul wasn't there at the time. He advised me that he would give me a call so that i wouldnt make a blank trup to the store. Jeff never called me. I reserved my uhaul a month in advance for 10:30 a.m and it wasn't available. I had to drive to another state to get my uhaul. I didn't receive one until 2:50 that evening. It was a big inconvenience and I was advised by traffic that I would receive a 50 credit, however I haven't received. The rep name in traffic was Brandy. This was a poor experience and I would like for someone to give me a call because this was totally unprofessional. Not only was I 5 hours behind schedule I also had to pay moversOliver W.

Improve your inventory system. I had to go to three different locations to find the trailer I needed after being told they were at the first two. I had to travel an extra hour each way since my first two reservations were not fulfilled. Had no other option because I took off work to get my job done, and the other two locations had no idea why the trailers weren't there even tho the inventory said they should be. Discussing dirty pick up truck was extremely dirty,low tire pressure,front end rattling, engine light on within 50 miles had to add 2 quarts of oil, cup holders broke was afraid to drive over 65 was a scary experience! Contacting my attorney Monday morning!! Horrible!!Kenneth R.

i was very dissatisfied. I have to spend 1 hour driving 23 miles to another uhalul location to get the appliance dolly that I put in my order that was not in the truck at pick up. It appears that when I change the pickup date from friday to saturday that the uhaul CSR deleted the appliance dolly from my reservation. I should recieve a credit for my time 51 minutes and 23 miles of driving to correct the CSR screw up.james S.

The physical plant of this location is nothing to brag about. However, I was coming to rent a clean, mechanically sound trailer, not check into a 5 star hotel. The gentleman took care of my paperwork, got me hooked up with a safety check, and had me on my promptly and with a friendly demeanor. So, 100 % of my rental needs were taken care of.Julius B.
