DALE HFix your computer billing system to stop charging for 2 days when only used for 1.
Gary FIntermittent check engine light. Truck seemed to consume excessive fuel. Obviously had been wrecked in a prior rental and repair work was average at best.

CRAIG B*I answered yes on the questions, as not to give a "bad" review. We dropped the u-haul off after hours. However, the place looks unique and the u-haul was checked in early on their next business day.
JESSICA ADid not have the truck that was ordered and was not able to pick up at the time that was arranged. I arranged thus several days in advance.
JOHN CThe air conditioning in that truck goes in and out. I dropped the truck off late at night so I wasn't able to tell anyone.
Chad PThe drop off location was closed but instructions thru U-Haul made it easy for me. Please keep in mind since Waymaker's was closed I have no idea if it was clean and inviting or if personnel was helpful.

William PRented U-Haul for a few days was returned same day rented & was still charged for other day.
Kaylin FWas charged a clean out fee by drop off location. Used truck to haul new furniture from Joplin MO to Grove, OK. Truck was NOT dirty!! Yes I didnt fold the moving blankets!! John RTrailer fell off and we are still checking for damage undercarriage of my 1 ton Dooley had to call local stored to come out and reattach negligence negligence. Could have been a disaster on the highway had this fallen off at a high rate of speed.

Brian BHave the equipment that is rented/reserved/paid for online at time of pickup versus "they are all rented"- not even an I'm sorry was offered. Also, warn the customer that your trailers leak so they can take precautions with their items. I was extremely disappointed to find all of my boxes soaked through and falling apart after a few hours.
Connie RNo improvement needed! I arrived later than planned and by chance the operator was still there. He stayed with me, well after hours and even opened his building to let me and my daughter stay warm. Everyone in every business needs a representative like this man! Simply outstanding and went above and beyond what he needed to do!
Edwin SEquipment we rented was not loaded in truck and ready. Guys working Uhaul desk were rude and preoccupied with their cell phones. Had to wait in the cold to get our equipment. They only gave us 1 dozen blankets instead of the 2 dozen we rented and paid for!

Carl WThe bed of the truck had not been sweep out. Several garments on the floor. Had difficult getting the key out of ignition. I reported both issues at the u haul Ankeny iowa turn in location.
