Running lights did not work due to a broken wire. The repair guy was no help because he didn’t have a flat plug to replace the broken one. I lost over 15 hours of my 24 hour rental due to the lights and was not offered any refunds. No extra time was offered to my rental which I was still told to return it at the original time. Will not use U-Haul again. There are plenty of other rental companies.

Good Experience
ERIC GPrior to me reserving at this location. I had several 2 booking at other locations closer to my home. After showing up to both location @12 and 430 I was told no car trailer was available. Bad business practice
