Maybe have wifi for customers who are trying to use the mobile app during off business hours? I did not have LTE signal in that area, so I was not able to use the mobile app

Derek BWe originally had our reservation for a different location. However upon trying to pickup the truck we were told it was at the "Airport" road UHaul. Not a big deal but ALL paperwork was for N 2nd East even our confirmation emails. Somewhere, someone needs to get your info straight!
David WFor work reasons i am very versed with Uhaul and i am consistently renting but usually in a different state. This Uhaul location has the best people! They are helpful, on top of everything and most of all they are kind in business which is hard to find nowadays. They are phenomenal to work with and i will be telling everyone to go here. Thank you!!
Esther RWhen I picked up my U-Haul I asked them about wrap and they suggested the green movers wraps, once I got everything unpacked multiple items such as one of our canvas print, and one of our rugs. They had a green residue from the movers wrap.

Keyanna HI think it would be a good idea to include an ice scraper in the truck. I was stupid and didn't think to grab mine and I had to wait for the car to warm up and clear the windows. Not a big deal, but just a thought.

JAMES MAlways friendly and courteous. I have physical limitations and the entire crew help with the hooking up and unhooking the equipment. Would recommend this facility to any and EVERYONE!!!!!

frances hPick up took a little longer than expected however it was super easy and so was the drop off. Will use UHaul again if I need to move!

Nancy RThe left tail light was out on the trailer I used and I had to sign a paper indicating it was my truck that had a problem even though they used a tool and verified my truck's electrical system was working. That would be my only complaint.
Matthew SPerson at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I think needs improvement would be that the equipment needed a snow scratcher. I had to call a friend with one.

LIBBY AThey didn't give us our furniture dolly and then when we called and realized it, they said they would remove it from our bill and they did not. Also the auto transport was given to us with bald tires and when pointed out they said it would be okay.

David WThey charged me an extra $10 with no explanation The truck was clean the gas tank was full and there was no damage. There wasn't any reason that I can see why they should've charged me any extra money.
