This is a great location to rent from they were extremely friendly and helpful I will rent here again

Michael BU-haul didn't have the Dolly that I had requested weeks in advance. To me, that shows lack of organization. Also the parking break was not working at first.
GIOVANNI FThe original truck I booked was not available at the location I had chosen. So, I had to drive an additional 20 kms through a snow storm in a truck that was 16' longer than what I had booked. This resulted in additional mileage charges, additional gas costs, additional labour costs on my end, bridge tolls, added time to the overall move, and ultimately a major inconvenience. I'll be contacting support to negotiate a refund since the entire thing was made much more difficult than necessary.
Dave TOur pickup location was changed due to lack of trucks at the original spot. When we got there to pick it up, the guy who runs the business wasn't even there. We had to call him and have him come. Our uhaul was supposed to be returned for 4pm and he changed it to 8 pm this giving us more fees to pay. Not happy.
KALE JTerrible service from uHaul. Initially rented a van at the Robie St (Cousins Restaurant), and they had no info on my booking (despite me having the reservation confirmation email). This caused a lot of frustration, and delayed my time sensitive errand.
