Easy location and easy process for picking up/ dropping off. Truck looked like it has been used but pretty clean and kept up.

James SaboI paid $7 extra for a dolly which was not with the truck. The awesome man at West 10 Truck & Auto gave us his OWN dolly to use. He should be give the $7 as UHaul got paid but didn't supply. That guy was awesome all the way around. Helped walk me through digital check in & more! Asset to UHaul.
ColleenM TitusI couldn't complete my return through the app because the location didn't have service which is hard because the app requires you to be AT the location of drop off. So, I wasn't sure if my pictures of the trailer were fully uploaded. It'd be nice if there was another way that I could upload the pictures from a location that has service.
Aaron KeupThe only issue was the Internet service. Might want to consider upgrading to a faster service package in that area. Otherwise, the owner was very nice courteous and helpful.

Kenneth LeMayAsked where he wanted the trailer, he told us in a location that was way too small and clearly it would not fit. Then got upset when we suggested moving the smaller trailer to make room, said he has nothing to move them with. He then walked away.

Arnold HolmesTrailers brake light/tail light wasn't working. Maybe we picked the wrong day or time to reserve the trailer but it was total chaos inside and no one bothered to make sure that the lights were working before I left

Douglas HancockInternet service at site is poor. Difficulty processing check-in from previous day delayed new rental (15-20 min). Drivers license scan required - took 15-20 minutes due to lack of internet. If local internet cannot upgrade, would suggest in-store hotspot to allow quick-connect.
James FikeWe have rented this same 12 foot covered trailer and it both times the lights don't work and they have to work at getting them functional again. The owner is a great guy. He is very accommodating! We have rented from him for ever.

EDWARD MICHAEL GALLOUPTook over an hour to check in when I already had a reservation online. Charged insurance when I never asked for it. Price was different than they said on phone. Computer was slow as it was raining. But the man is nice. He is a reasonable man.
JANE HARRIET PORTEOUS-JOHNIVANThe moving help you provide sucks big time. The loaders MASS MOVERS in Michigan canceled 1/2 hour before loading time. We had to load it ourselves . Then the unloaders, MAJESTIC MOVERS canceled the unloading at 3:am just 6 hours prior to unloading so I had to get another unloading crew at 8am for a 10am unload time. My suggestion for u-haul is to not use these companies for other customers of yours.
