NATALIE HTrailer was snowed in and not ready when I got there. I had to dig it out. Will never get a trailer from this location again.

Robert PThe location was good. The pickup was contactless. I just drove up and picked up the trailer. The trailer was in good shape. It did leak a little in one corner when it rained however I reported it and it will probably get fixed. I think the only comment for improvement that I have is that it would be nice to have a 3rd wheel on the trailer as the tongue is a bit heavy for 1 person to handle without a bit of weight on the back end. A 3rd wheel would make the process a lot easier. I had a buddy with me to help get it hitched up so it wasn't a big issue this time.
Christopher FChoice was very limited , no onsite person for maintenance or help with maintenance issues or questions , no guarantee what was ordered would be there when needed. Person on phone trying to be helpful but couldn't promise results
