John, at this drop off location provided excellent service. I loved that the location was also a bowling alley and if I didn't need to drive 4 hours to get back home, I would have stayed and bowled a couple games!
JASPER ELocation had no moving blankets though I'd reserved them. Employee offered no help in trying to locate some at another location. This place is a bar and bowling alley and not equipped at all to help me with moving needs. A really bad look for UHaul.
Keith HI was told the gas tank was full and to be sure to return it filled. The guage was actually about 1/8 low. I drove only 29 miles but had to put over 6 gallons in it. I asked for pads and was told they had none available, but there were 6 in the truck.

robin pI dropped tbe truck off Saturday evening in the lot there was no one there so I dropped the key in the dropbox. I was able to fuel less than a mile away at the cenix station ehich had wide bays and easy acvesd for a big truck.

Becky KBe sure trucks have washer fluid. Windshield was really nasty but couldn't cle it because washer fluid was empty.

jeffrey jI originally reserved the truck for 9:30 a.m. then I was told it wouldn't be ready until 11:30 a.m.. I got there at 11:30 a.m. and it still wasn't ready. I reserved an appliance dolly and that was not available. I was making a one-way move 2 hours away. Due to my reservation being delayed by 2 hours I lost three people at my destination location who were going to help me unload which left me scrambling at the last minute to find more people to help unload

John CThe interior of the moving van needed to be swept out. I got what I considered a pile of dirt and debris. I tried twice to upload a picture but kept getting an error and the x App timed out and when I tried a third ti.e it said my ti.e had expired. I have pics of that and the black marks and dings on the truck in case they tried to say we did that. It didn't impact the move though. It's been 10 years since we rented, but WOW, 1,19 a mile plus we fill it, seems steep.

Sandra HWas given bad customer service in the beginning of the interaction, I am not sure if will be doing any U-Haul service again. Just in general it's nothing with the franchisee fault. It's U-Haul fault for not explaining that online checkin doesn't apply to the actual pick up keys process. When checking in online it should mirror the process at an airport. Most airlines let you check in early then you can skip the extremely long lines at the counter and go straight to tsa. Misconstrued now the company has my information twice.

STEVE DHe didn't run the miles thru Cedar Rapids so we were really worried that we would come up short. Route thru Albion cut off around 10-15 miles that we needed to use. Wanted a larger truck for the money spent but nothing available there or in Albion. Wish that there was more available when needed.
Kim SMy initial pickup location was absolutely perfect. Owner was very cooperative and helpful. Highly recommend his store. The problem occurred when we left and the 26' truck failed 45 minutes into the trip back to Wisconsin. The Wayne, NE location was very helpful in getting us on the road in 2,5 hours with another 26' truck.
Greg JWestbrook staff was great and helpful. Shifter on the U-Haul was messed up and hard to get in reverse. Staff at my original pick up location sucked. They tried telling me a van was the same thing as a truck and sent a shitty email about it. Again, Westbrook lane's staff was great…rest of U-Haul process sucked as usual.

Tom BI couldn't move the passenger mirror so had to compensate visually when pulling back into lane. When I told the person in charge he didn't seem to care at all. Not a good thing when the customer has problems and has no way of fixing when in transit.
constance aI rented the u haul for 3 hours on a Saturday. When I returned it I was asked for the mileage and if I had replenish the fuel which I had. I was then told I would receive my receipt by email when the person who does the u haul stuff returned. The following Monday I received a call from a totally different u hall place asking me when I was going to return the u haul. I told them I had returned it two days ago on the same day I rented it. I also STILL have not received my receipt!!

Luis MAgain, location and staff were friendly and helpful. U-Hauls computer system again was down and was unable to get everything taken care of. We were also told that we would receive a credit for the issues. Final bill showed no credit and we were charged extra mileage and an extra day when we were told we would not be.

sonja bSome of the dollies that were pre-ordered were not present to go with the Uhaul truck at pick-up. Staff was fairly friendly, but didn't seem to have a lot of interest in the side hustle. I would still recommend this location over other Uhaul locations.
